WoW Petopia Community

So back in Vanilla I had a few favorites, Feed-o-Matic, a swing timer (so I knew when to move between Auto Shots), range finder (so I knew when I was about to drop my bow), something like Bartender, something like Baggon, something like Mapster, something like Sexy Map, Peggle/Minesweeper for long flights, Atlas, and a timer, I think that was it. Not holding out hope that any of these will still work on Classic, but wanted to ask the quest what did you guys run with back in the day?

Ran with no addons - at all.. horrible setup but fun

Just like Tarn, I started off playing the game with 0 addons. It wasn't until Wrath that I slowly started to experiment with any of them.


My favorites have always been Titan Panel, Altoholic, and rare mob scanners like Rarefinder or NPC_Scan. I'm not sure if these were around back in classic Wow, but I figure they were worth a shoutout just in case.

If any are created I should add them to a list on the site. It just made me realise we should have one of those for main Petopia as well.

Originally I had no mods at all. Not sure what i started with, I think it was some kind of extra Hunter bars or something like it.

When I started play Classic, I played without any addons, it was hard)

Oh man, I will have to look in one of my old HDDs. Still has my wow folder from 2007ish on there, along with all of my old screen shots still in the .tga format....

I found a 2009 backup, but can't remember if I had these in vanilla or not. I went the first year or a little more with no add-on. I couldn't figure out how some people could do things so fast lol.

I had some kind of range finder too as well as Sexymap, but don't see them in this folder.

I also remember that the old version of NPC _Scan used to have a really load "Meow" alert. Mine no longer has that available. Kinda miss it.

Gonna see if I can find an older backup.

I think I remember Bejeweled coming out in BC, or was that just the Pop-Cap version?

I can't remember if Peggle came out first and then Bejeweled later, but I think it was really late Vanilla.
I remember playing one of them on the long ass flight from IF to Lights Hope for Nax raid times.
