Those are probably just an error introduced during NPC creation. I don’t think those NPCs are in the game so they’ve never been an issue (but if you find them and they’re tameable please let us know!) As far as I can guess, a lot of NPCs are created by copying an existing one and then configuring it to fit its new purpose. But sometimes the designers miss settings that should be changed, and so we end up with humanoids classed as tameable beasts, or beasts classed as humanoids, etc. These issues are usually caught during beta testing.
