[13202] New tameable lion (Alliance guild mount style)

Wow, rare spawn #3. I speculated about this one in another thread, but I got the zone wrong:
Wandering the Twilight Highlands is a rare spawn level 85 lion called
Sambas. He uses the new lion model that the Alliance guild mount and several lions in Uldum use (which is why I thought they might place a tameable one in Uldum). He's very pretty, even though it does look like he just had a perm

The location I found him on the map is here (basically due east of the Horde outpost called The Gullet):

UPDATE: found him at another spawn point, this time in the north-east of TH:

I also found him just before I ran into Karoma (new rare spirit beast wolf), so they don't share a spawn timer.

Oh god yes! Too bad he's not black, lmao. I love that old black lion. But thank the southern gods that we can tame this one!

I seem to have been immensely lucky! I assume these guys were added with the last patch last week. Perhaps they have their respawn timers turned up during testing so they're easier to find if you look? I'm not sure. After finding Terrorpene I've been scouring the zones a lot more closely while I watch Blizzcon

I do like the lion though because it's different then any other cat family. Same thing with loq or "vomitface" as Sat would say.
