Psyceon: The Psychic Spirit pokemon. The evolution after Telepatheon.
Psyceons can shift their bodies into the mental plane, turning themselves into ghost-like phantasms. In this "form" physical attacks go right through them, and because they're made up of nearly pure mental energy, their own non-physical attacks hit much harder. This applies to their heal spells as well. However, they take triple damage from psychic attacks.
