Anyone whos vaguely familiar at all with college classes?

I was wondering, do places offer classes like on management of property and such? Or is this under something like business? D:

Is there a nearby community college that you can look up? I bet you'd be able to find a course catalog online. Also see if their tuition is on a per-course basis. Unless you plan on enrolling as a full-time student at a college, of course.\

If you could elaborate on what you want, I may be better able to help.

Yeah there's nearby colleges like that, but what I don't know that I've ever heard of them offering anything towards what I'm looking for. I'm not looking for business unless this is somehow wrapped up with a business management course. I'm talking more along the lines of managing property specifically and didn't know if anyone actually went into property management or just stopped at the broader business management (which I've seen courses for).

Property management in what sense? There are a couple things that come to mind when I think "property". Buying and selling real estate? Tracking store inventory? Being a landlord/motel/hotel manager?

I think he means as in being a landlord; it's what his parents do.

Anyways, I suggest either looking at online course catalogs, or calling/emailing and asking your questions directly. Hopefully you'll find a specific enough course.

That sounds like business courses to me. Maybe even a few legal courses. (For what it's worth, EVERYBODY should suffer through a few business classes, especially if you have any plans whatsoever to do something with your working life besides huddle beneath the protective umbrella of a massive corporation until you retire.)

I have no idea what community colleges are like in your area, but around here they are my top recommendation for when picking libraries clean isn't an option. ESPECIALLY if you only need a few specific things. If you do end up running with some kind of institute of higher learning, and don't immediately see what you want jumping out of the course catalog at you, chasing down a real live person (councilors! advisers!) and telling them "this is what I want, tell me how to do it" may greatly simplify things.

Good luck no matter what you do!

[EDIT]ed to fix some pronoun abuse.
