Fury of the Twilight Clan
Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Kozri
Tirisfal
The bone gryphon tilted its wings, veering downwards into the forest. It gave a clack as Kozri hopped off the bird and gently pat it. "You're a good gryphon. If I ever see you again, I'll have to get you a squirrel or something." The bone gryphon chittered irritably, stretching its wings and taking off again.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
The hunter relaxed her stance as she realized it was a druid. She had to smile a little at the way the druid tilted her head - it reminded her of Azu. Not wanting to drag others into her troubles, Myri shook her head. "No I do not. But thank you." She looked down at her scarred wrists and burnt arms. She must look horrendous. And the druid had obviously noticed her condition. How was she going to play this off?

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Glix - Camp
Glix was silent (Not that she could talk at the moment anyway). Imbuing? Was the arrakoa referring to infusing people with elements, like Decay or that shadowy troll? Judging by the sounds of animals and rushing about, she supposed her guess was right. Who were they imbuing? She grit her teeth, wishing she wasn't so tightly bound so that she could see.
Karzix - Tirisfal
Karzix slipped off of his gryphon's back as it landed. He watched it fly away, then turned to the others.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Luare frowned slightly, ears lowering. "You... don't? Um, are those burn-looking things birth marks?" Maybe they were cultural, she supposed.
Winter's Bite, the largest of the cats, moved forward, sniffing at the air infront of the draenei. She had to make sure the hunter wasn't going to be hostile. She had two cubs to take care of, after all.
As for the cub, it stayed behind Luare, hissing quietly at the hunter.
Cultists, Teldrassil Camp
The ritual began drawing to an end, beasts being switched out for additional power.

The fox jumped off with Karzix and sat near the goblin, waiting for whatever was next.
Myriana - Teldrassil
Myri let the big cat snuff at her, knowing it was just making sure she wasn't going to harm anything. After receiving a rather thorough inspect from the cat, Myri held out hand and tried to scratch the big cat's head. Myri sighed and decided it was best to tell most of the truth. "There is a rather hostile camp that way " she gestured in the direction she had been heading. "I had tried to find some Sentinels to help, but I have had no luck finding any. Perhaps you can go and inform them? They are more likely to listen to a fellow elf than myself." And if this druid took up the offer, maybe Glix could be saved after all. That is, if the Sentinels acted quickly enough.
Senisra - Camp
The mage study the whole ritual carefully, memorizing it. One day..one day she'd be the one getting infused.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
"Of course!" Luare mewed, nodding quickly. Turning her head to Winter's Bite, she mewed a few times, ears flicking to add to her feline vocabulary. The larger cat simply nodded, herding the cub over with a paw. Luare turned, taking off towards Darnassus.
Winter's Bite frowned, sniffing the hunter again. She smelled a scent she hadn't smelled in a long time - Saturo. Instinctively her ears flattened back and she gave Myri an even look, making a mental note to watch her very carefully.
The cub began to calm down a bit, hiding under the large cat and staring up at Myri.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myri felt some relief as the druid walked off, though the cat had stayed behind with her cub and was now staring at her rather uncomfortably. She had to smile at the little cub, it's stare very similar to its' mother's. Not wanting to waste anymore time, Myri started off towards the camp again, figuring the big cat would stay with her cub.

Kozri
Tirisfal Glades
Kozri looked towards the others, "Now what?" He hadn't been there for the plan, he was just following the others.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Winter's Bite narrowed her eyes, following slowly to keep the Draenei in eyeshot. The cub clambered up on her back to ride along, hiding in the larger cat's scruff.
Luare skidded to a stop in front of Darnassus, headed towards the closest Sentinel that she could find. Spotting one, she ran forward, shifting out of her cat form. Soon she was on her way back with a few Sentinels in tow. To her surprise, the cats had moved. She frowned, then followed the scent to the others, peering towards Myri.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
It took a few moments before Myri realized she was being followed. She stopped and turned to the cat, surprised to see that the kitten had climbed on her back. "Trust me, you do not wish to follow me where I am going. I have a friend that is in trouble..."she trailed off thinking it was absurd that she'd tell of this to a cat and not the druid. Myri sighed, not wanting to put the beast or her offspring in danger. She settled down to wait and see if the druid returned with help.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Luare ran up, several winded sentinels following. "This is her," she told them, then blinked as Winter's Bite gave her an odd look and mewed. The druid frowned, sniffed, then mewed back, suddenly looking hunted. Oh fel, Saturo was around? That wasn't good.
((Feel free to control the sentinels, I have several characters here already. xD))

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myri squirmed under the scrutiny of the elves she had brought. Wishing she had just chased the cats off instead of having to endure this, the draenei looked to the ground, listening as they spoke among themselves in Darnassian. Finally one of them spoke to her, but not unkindly. "You need to come with us. We are going to have to ask you some questions and you look as if you need a healer." Myri sighed, defeated. Obviously fate had other things in mind for her, and returning to the camp alone was not one of them. She nodded to the group and followed after them, not looking at the druid as she passed.Hang on Glix. she thought to herself.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Luare frowned. The hunter sure seemed determined to go back to the camp, even after saying it was dangerous. And now the hunter didn't look very happy. She was getting help, why wasn't she relieved? She was acting like the old, stubborn tigers at home ((in Winterspring, where she grew up)). It'd been a while since she'd really dealt with old tigers, but if she remembered correctly the best way to deal with them was to force them to follow and hope they understood later.
At least the Draenei probably couldn't claw her to shreds...
She frowned again, walking by Winter's side and following the Sentinels.
((Sounds like how they'd deal with the situation. They'd want her healed up first.))

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myri followed the group towards Darnassus, her anxiety and apprehension growing. They were going to ask her questions. Which meant they were going make her relive what that mage had done to her. Thinking of the mage made the hunter's eyes widen in shock and beads of sweat to form at her brow.
Myri's steps falters and one of the Sentinels narrowed her eyes and watched the hunter suspiciously, ready to make a grab for her if she decided to bolt.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Luare frowned further as she saw the draenei show signs of distress. What was up with her? Well... She had to feel bad for the draenei, even if she didn't know what was wrong. She rubbed her head against the draenei's leg to try and calm her down.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myri started a bit as the druid headbutted her. She looked down, half expecting to see Tirrae, the move was so similar. She managed a small smile, silently thanking the druid for distracting her. She thought again of her pets, glad that they weren't captured, but she still missed the desperately.
Finally they reached Darnassus, but instead of going into the city proper, the sentinels led her to a small, enclosed room off the Warrior's Terrace. The indicated to Myri to have a seat, while one of her other escorts ran to get a healer. Myri couldn't help but feel the panic and anxiety starting all over again.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Luare looked about. The Warrior's Terrace wasn't part of Darnassus that she frequented - Malaron typically kept her around his home next to the rest of the druids. The Saber Trainer was there, too, so she'd been content enough.
She moved to sit a bit closer to Myri, though Saturo's scent was still making her uneasy. Finally she broke under the pressure.
"Did you, er, meet a gnome? Maybe?"

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myriana - Darnassus
The Sentinels still watching listened closely as the druid asked the draenei a question. Myri blinked a couple of times and looked at the druid. "I did. She...she helped me escape." she shuddered and left it that, not wanting to go into much more detail.
The one Sentinel returned with a priestess with dark blue hair in tow. The priestess knelt down before the hunter, giving her a quick, yet thorough, examination. "She looks as if she's been tortured, and quite thoroughly too. And she's probably consumed enough healing potions to sustain an army. It's the only thing I can think that could explain why she's even conscious." she told the guards in Darnassian. Myri just sat there numbly and let the priestess do her work. The elf continued talking as she started to heal the draenei. "I'd be very careful with your questioning. She looks as if she is on the verge of a mental breakdown. Just get the basic facts and leave it at that. I wouldn't ask her for more details."
She gave Myri several more heals and explained to her "You are going to have scars...especially on your wrists and back. If you had gotten help sooner, I would have been able to get rid of them. I am sorry." she said gently. Myri only half heard the priestess's words. She hadn't realized how much pain she had been in until it had been taken away.
Her job done, the healer took her leave and another Sentinel entered. She looked at the draenei with some pity, having overheard the priestess, before saying "I am sorry, but we are going to have to ask you some uncomfortable questions." Myri just nodded and did her best not to panic as the questioning began.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan

Lupis, Vallrok and Rose should make a little basket like Swift's for Faron to ride in on flights.

Indigosa, Willowe, and Rosaliah--Tirisfal Glades
Khaz wanted to fly fast and have fun like he usually did when he and Indi flew; the gryphon was vastly disappointed when he was told no by his mistress because he had to be nice to her mate. The bone gryphon huffed all the way to the landing site. Once they landed, Indi jumped off his back and helped Zaruuk down before going to Khaz's head and giving him a hug. "Big baby," she whispered to him, earning herself a disproving squawk.
Somehow with eye sockets and balls of magic, the bird managed to glare at Zaruuk.
Willowe followed behind the others on a gryphon. She would have flown herself, but the goal was to be inconspicuous so she took the damned gryphon even though the unnaturalness of it bothered her.
Rose flew her gryphon near Faron's, paranoid that the wolf would fall off of the damned thing. She began wondering if there were better ways for a wolf to fly when they landed next to Kozri.
Sabra and Ambrosia--Teldrassil
Sabra didn't bother to watch Ambrosia's infusion, already not liking the undead. Instead she went and found herself a tent to sulk in, Lo'ki following her.
Ambrosia drank in the power she was being imbued with, marveling as it flowed through her veins. She looked around, making sure everything was still going smoothly and her empty eyes fell upon Senisra. A night elf in the Cult? Judging from the looks, she might be a Highborne...interesting. The undead took notice of how intensely the night elf watched the process, making a mental note to keep her eye on Senisra.
Once the process finished, Ambrosia used it to glaze one of her daggers and threw the weapon into the trunk of a tree. Immediately the poison effects breached the tree's system and caused it to start rotting on the spot. A satisfied smile settled upon the rogue's face.
