Dreaming of WoW

I wanted to share a dream I had last night about WoW. I guess it's a case of withdrawal for me, not playing too much! This time...
Anyway, I dreamed I was driving at night on this S-curve near our house and what should I see standing in the ditch but Gondria! A real-life version of her (or is it him?), which let me tell you is AWESOME! I don't really want to tame her in game, but this version I would tame in a heartbeat! So, of course I pull over, since in this odd little dream world, I've got "hunter powers"...not sure how that works out...anyway. So, I walk up to her and then the dang animal control arrives! I guess someone had called in the authorities because a dangerous animal was loose. And he wants to shoot her (I live in South Dakota...that's the solution to everything here.) But, I managed to distract him and scare her off. So, she got away, at least.

I would love to hear anyone else's WoW dreams, hunter or not! They really amuse me.

I dreamt that I was lagging once. I was in Dalaran, about to turn in my fishing daily. And everything, and then I REALLY mean everything, was lagging. I think I got a Bone Fishing Pole, too...

I dream about WoW very often. Probably the majority of my nights actually. xD I'm such a geek.

I vaguely remember last night dreaming that in the latest patch they nerfed The Beast's boss plate and skull level status. I was so upset and was considering letting him go since he wasn't special anymore. Was very relieved when I woke up and realized it was only a dream.

I'm not going to lie to you Veph. It happens.... One day you're tossing the ball back in forth with your favorite super-fast pet/snake pet(classic)/worgon pet in Org and the next... they... they're just not the same... its all such a cruel twist of fate...

Whats worse is I missed out on the spectre wolf, the slime and the hydra... my only solesce is that one day, many hunters will wake up screaming to a decapitated hydra between their sheets... You're day is coming... muahaAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

When I was hunting Loque, I had a dream that I was "in reality" and found him outside a gas station, but I couldn't find my frost trap, so I picked him up and carried him inside the gas station so he could wait safely before I tamed him. That was amusing.

The one WoW dream I remember the most was before BC came out (I was still on my alli hunter on a pvp server). In the dream I had been farming furbolgs in winterspring for the wintersaber. Then some level 225 tauren warrior (in some game breaking epics) rolls on up and ganks me then proceeded to camp me. And I didn't get any help from other alliance in the area because they were all afraid of meeting the same fate. I woke up in such a bad mood... xD

My most recent dream about WoW was that me and my mate Pemdatja (WoW name) and we got attacked by a BElf pally. Seeing Pem is also a pally, they fought in there bubbles...Surprising! I disengaged and started to hearth and so did Pem. And that was it...

I had a dream where I was running for my little tauren's Death Knight life cause I was about to get eaten by Sindragosa because I accidentally stepped on her tail. e^e Arthas was laughing at me the whole time I was sprinting out of PoS from her while dodging geists...

(Speaking of geists to all those L4D players... Don't they eerily remind you of Hunters?)

Jadvya, I love it! Picked up Loque and carried him into the gas station.... Beautiful!
It kinda reminds me of this other "taming" dream I had about Aotona (another one I don't really want to tame...hmm) It wasn't going well, so I threw a rug over him and sat on him! That worked. Maybe they should add that ability into the game....

I have had to take a break from WoW play-time to work on my dissertation, and the last few nights of hard core writing, I dreamt I was taming Skoll. Made me log on because I was CONVINCED he'd be there. You know, fate n' all... Of course he wasn't, but now I'm all hooked on the camp again. God, I hate camping.

I have had to take a break from WoW play-time to work on my dissertation, and the last few nights of hard core writing, I dreamt I was taming Skoll. Made me log on because I was CONVINCED he'd be there. You know, fate n' all... Of course he wasn't, but now I'm all hooked on the camp again. God, I hate camping.

NPCScan and afk while working. If he spawns, woot, if not, at least you're being productive rather than just camping.

Haha yeah, I've heard that works for some people. Not so much for me... WoW sucks me in, you see. Had to completely abstain for the 2 1/2 weeks of hard core writing time. I'm in the editing phase now, though, passing it back and forth between committee members and getting feedback, so I can totally play while I wait, right? *sigh*

This morning's little half-daydream (You know that period where you're not entirely awake but not entirely asleep either?) involved me waking up and getting licked on the nose by Tiberias first and headbutted gently by Boannan. To which Griefstrike said "Watch your step, Laz." I went "whut?" and he went "I really mean it, watch your step."

I then proceeded to fumble around for my glasses...and end up falling off the bed, facefirst into the carpet to a gaggle of giggling from my now-vanishing pets.

Last night I dreamed that I ran into the Time-Lost Proto-Drake on my currently nonexistant worgen mage, only he wasn't marked as a rare. I followed him slowly and finally tagged him, killed him quick, and he dropped two mounts, the proto-drake and a unicorn. It was odd.

This made me literally laugh-out-loud. A unicorn, hehe.....

The only WoW dream I still remember rather well was the weekend I was going for Krush. In the couple hours I actually slept that night, I dreamed that I was walking around Sholazar Basin, in the Wildgrowth Mangal to be exact, and found Krush in the process of being tamed by someone else - a night elf with white hair I think. I remember thinking to myself that I was going to let her die so that I could tame him afterward. Not sure what happened after that, lol. Kind of a mean dream because I wouldn't actually do that IRL, but I guess at that moment I just wanted him that bad.

I was having a WoW dream, as usual. There was myself and a few guildies from Nesingwary doing the death run to Dwarf lands to tame a white bear. I don't think they were any people in specific, and if they were then I don't remember. Anyways, we made it into Dun Morogh, and then one of the others said something about how bright it was with the sun reflecting off of the snow there.

Luckily, one of us was an engineer and promptly crafted sunglasses for all of us to put on. As we continue the journey, sporting our fancy new shades, we turn a corner and there on a bank of snow is Rick Astley. He pulls his own pair of sunglasses from his pocket and starts singing Never Gonna Give You Up and doing his little dance right there. I think we started to dance with him too, I don't really remember the rest. xD

So. Random.

And now I've had that damn song stuck in my head all morning. >.<

I had a dream about taming Gondria last night. >< Most likely it's due to Rhyela's recent acquisition of the spectral kitty, but dammit now I want it again but I have absolutely no room. ;_;
