ooh not sure about SS ill do some attempts but detterence makes it so melee attacks cant get through. So any other attack like a stun cast or aoe will go through. But the regular melee attack will be missed ^.^

Just tossing it out there, I did this solo with the BM spec, but did need hysteria/speed pot and the core hound slow. Tame completed just as the cast went off hitting me for 70 some thousand. Totally doable in BM tho. Just need HASTE, I repeat, haste
