It has more than arm bands. If you look closely, you can see the saddle.

But I would totally love a bear with this fur color. <3

That bear looks like a different skin for the big battle bear. Still, I like the armbands and purple glowy eyes. I don't care for most, if not all, bear skins; but he's kinda cool. (I think it's actually the model of bears I don't care for)
