I believe the boots are black mageweave boots, but I could be wrong

I know the bard set is the red version of it. The name of this coloration is on the tip of my tongue and it's driving me insane.

The Bandit set has boots with this model, though it's undoubtedly used on quite a few pieces.

It's a mix between Scouting (green quality leather) and Bandit armor.

No idea about the armbands tho.
