Need shoulders and staff for my priest

I started collecting Transmog-items today and began with my priest Tesfaya, because she was able to craft most items herself.
This is her like she looks now in her set:



I still need shoulders and a nice staff for her. So any ideas are welcome.
I thought about these shoulders: http://www.wowhead.com/item=24024, went to the dungeon five times, but so far no looting luck.
The others I have in my mind: http://www.wowhead.com/item=21869, but I'm not 100% sure they match and the materials are quite a lot of work to farm.

And I'm still not sure about the gloves... They are from the same "set" as the cloak, but I think the colors are rather dull compared to it.
