So yeah, I thought my stable was perfect until this guy shows up. My first time ever seeing him in the wild. Part of me wanted him, and part of me hesitated. Regardless, I dropped Anthriss to tame him. Out of all my fire spiders, that was my least favorite/used. (No offense to Anthriss)
I made sure no one was around or that anyone else wanted him cause I wasn't really hunting him, I was leveling mining. Asked a hunter in my guild, and no one was around... well you get the idea. I thought about killing him for a split second, cause I already have a devilsaur, and wasn't looking to have another... but I do have multiples of the same family, so I guess it can't hurt.
