The question is this: Is there any flying mounts (barring wind riders) that do not impale the rider while on the ground, and idled?
I've seen random people sitting on drakes, being impaled by most of their spikes on the back of the head. I know this is just a graphic quirk, and does no real damage... but it's something that still bugs me.
Can anyone help me figure this out? It may also give me a goal, to at least try to obtain of of those rider-safe flying mounts, for my new baby hunter - Mithlek.
Please not, that I know most of the mounts, but months from the game have killed my memory of them. Plus, on my old hunter, I only had wind-riders, I was unlucky to ever see any drake mounts, and never got finished with Netherwing either - I was at Revered, nearly exalted, but the pvp ganks broke me and made me quit.
