Now for you to get to level 78! It sucks you have to be that level to use the mount, seems like a bit of a random level to me...

Thank you! ^.^ I swear he likes to spawn whenever i go afk- lucky for me i came back in time. It is a rather random lvl needed to use him though isint it? Good thing i get my new comp in a few weeks

So I was talking with one of my friends on face book about the scroll of resurrection and the various MoP stuff. She quit for starwars a few months back but was considering coming back. So I offered her a scroll and she xferd her mage over today!
I took a break from my mount hunting. (Tk raids are up and running again though!) and paused from my quest grind. (going for the seeker) and got to spend time with my good friend and old arena partner. Welcome back V.
We decided to go ask saurfang if he wanted to go on a pick nick… he said no at first buuuuutt we managed to talk him into it….sorta.



As soon as she got back she took on a whale shark on her own and got my baby pally and herself a rockin achive.

Do you have Time Lost or Aeonaxx? You should aim for them. :3 Aeonaxx will be harder because you'll need someone who's a higher level to mount him and kill him and then pass the loot on to you when you're close enough. But I'm sure I've heard of some tough little level 70s killing Time Lost before.

I know i could solo time lost and I have had lots of people offer to help me kill Aeonaxx but sadly I cant get into the proper zones needed to find him. =/ I can get into some cata zones because they don’t need a loading screen and I can just swim/climb and FD my way across the map. But any zone that requires a lk/cata loading screen boots me out and tells me I need an xpack to get into said zone.
I may get my new computer in a week or two though then I can start looking. Sylvia will be lvling soon and TLPD is the first on my list. I may even spend a few days camping him at 70 just to see if the wow gods like me.

Also… I got my spring strider last night. Isn’t he cute? =3 I took a break from my latest adventure to grab him. (Getting the seeker. 700 quests to go. I am really enjoying the new cata quest lines.)I really like him but the poor thing seems so out of place when I wear my black demonstalker recolor xD Mount #93- almost there!


also as me and V are burning through her 7 days free game time we discovered that yes- you CAN jump from hellfire to netherstorm…sometimes. ;P

A bit late in posting this, (petopia was acting funny for me) but a few nights agao i got <the seeker> title after a long but rather pleasant grind. I have to say the new vanilla quests are pretty good.

Also grats to Pgbird who got Dragonwrath on the same day. ^.^ dragon pets for everyone and 125 pet achive for me. I was lucky enough to get a ride into the sky to take some awesome screenshots



And also….my computer just got mailed off yesterday! A few more days and I can lvl!

(shees im posthing three times in a row >.< /facepalm) So I logged on today and checked the mounts on ah as I always do, hoping for a steal. After months of mottled drakes selling for 300k I saw one up for 180k and figured I may as well give it a shot. So I talked to the owner and we agreed on a 125k price tag and a few moments later….



I have been saving since august for this guy and I just LOVE him. I just about died when I took in the wing color xD <3 I’m calling him Shiftdormu and when I get the bronze drake that one will be Chronodormi :> bronze dragon mates x)

Also I bought the last thing I needed for my vial of the sands and am just looking for someone to make it now.
64k left over. I feel so poor x.X but it was worth it and I still have enough to take care of my lvl 85 needs once I get there.

Heh through lots and lots of farming >.<’ I sold pretty much anything that wasn’t soulbound. I farmed darkmoon fair crates for like 4 months and would sell raptor companions and basically didn’t buy anything for 9 months xD
And good luck Meggs I love the raptor too. I almost got that one Instead but it was a bit too pricy for me so I figure I will come back for it later.

I'm hoping I can nab one from a hordie for 80k or so. There's one alliance side thats been hovering at 120k-125k but that's too much when horde side has them cheaper. XD

Wow I looked at your server and its like TCG mount topia or something.. how one guy has 1 savage raptor, 1 rooster egg, 1 rocket, 1 battle bear and one armani mount makes me wonder. Maybe he plays tcg cards alot

Lol! Yeah the horde side is pretty TCG heavy, so far the raptor/rhino/red bearon are the only three that appear alliance side.

I find that, for some reason, if TCG mounts appear on the auction house they appear in groups. There's currently an Amani Dragonhawk, Rooster Egg and a Spectral Tiger on ours, all being sold by the same person I believe. Seems weird but I check the auction house for mounts quite a lot, just to see if I can ever get a good bargain.

Yeah there seems to be players who do almost nothing but sell TCG mounts I swear. My server pretty much always has a few of every mount up on ah and you start to pick out the names of regular mount sellers after a time. Thing is they all seem to be way more expensive on my main server then on the others I have visited.

That server is insane with mounts But yah it seems to be the same people, which is odd.. usually you dont see that very often. Really wish I had my sas on that server but then id have to pay for a character transfer there and back. Thats 50 bucks, not cheap. Especially when I cant work..

wow i'm amazed you're doing this at 70.

I had a 70 twink for a good month until i decided to level her to 85 (wish i didnt honestly). Those level 80+ monsters are definately tricky to take down sometimes. Might be a bit easier with a pet, but still it requires skill.

You should go for Time-Lost though, you could easily get him down.


Just curious, where are you getting all the gold to buy the expensive mounts? From other 85 toons of yours?


If you do ever upgrade to the full Cata or Panda, I would say keep this toon at 70 and level up a new character to be your lvl 85 or 90. 100 mounts at 70 would be literally insane. Good luck


*edit* Just saw that you solo the first boss in Kara and Raven Lord at 70. Wow.

Oh one more thing, I know a trick that would get you into killing Ahune and Coren Direbrew if you were trying to get those taken care of



Have a group of 5 friends (level 85) queue up for the holiday boss. It works for a level 70 because those dungeons (BRD / Slave pens) a lvl 70 can get into. Once that queue pops within a second, have them drop one of the 5 players (have one person quit) and invite you. You can then right click or left click on the dungeon finder icon and hit "teleport to dungeon"

Heh maybe you already know that trick now. Just saw you have HHM.
