Yup, that's what I do. My main characters are usually representative of myself, so I go with a similar look on purpose.

So...damn...jealous.
I really love seeing all the screenies, and can't WAIT for the free trial, whenever it comes. I can't justify buying the game without trying it out first, but oh how difficult it is to resist temptation!
Mesmers in GW1 were my favourite class ever out of all games I have ever played, and I would be itching to make a Norn one, as well as the necessary ranger of course.

*slinks back into the woodwork to drool over the beautiful screenshots and grumble quietly*

The chest was transmuted cause I couldn't stand the puffy chest that looked like a winter coat. But I got the coat design from either a mob drop or quest completion. I forget which. It was fairly early on in the game.

The hat I got recently when I did my first dungeon, Ascalon Catacombs(holy hell it felt more like a raid than a dungeon....)

Well, someone found Ceiling Cat in the game, so naturally my friend and I ventured off to find it as well.

I couldn't get a better shot of it sadly. The place is mostly sealed off due to being off the map in CM. XD The room it's in is also creepy. I didn't get a screenshot, but I got a good glimpse.

I ended up re-making my character a bunch more times because I let the tiniest things get to me. However, I have finally settled on a name/appearance/story/personality that I like! Woot! I changed my name to Daema Swiftsteel.

Anyway, I'm still in the Plains of Ashford, so no pics in new locations. But, it's still a pretty place!

Hopefully I'll be moving on soon enough and I can see more of this beautiful world! ^_^

I've remade my two charrs three times for each until I got the right look and professions for them. You aren't alone Rhyela.

Anyways more pictures.

Sure my charrs don't glow in the dark like my sylvari, but they still look awesome and deadly in the dark.

My charr guardian, Rustina Chaosbane. I just love the red lighting in this one small spot.
