Caught a number of changes to the Isle of Thunder in this build.

Image

The slime that your pets change into in the Crag is now the rounded green model.

Image

Tiresias changed colors, which prompted me to check out where he came from....

Image

Image

They'd all changed colors! There was an orange one in the back still, so the only one technically missing was red (the red pictured isn't tameable, or at least wasn't before). The white one on the rock is Tiresias, so since he turned blue, it's a safe bet that they spawn in random colors. I couldn't actually get to the area to confirm in person; I was set back to stage 1 for some reason.

The glowy raptor is a troll, like the dinomancers.

Image

There were a bunch of new pink raptors (old skin) added as well, but they were all classified as humanoid.

Image

The Stone Watchers in the single player instance are tameable! Normal stone quilen, but since you can only be in there for five minutes, I can't imagine they'll be a common tame.

I wonder if that red glowey raptor is tameable.

Even if the top area of Thunder Isle is in its closed phase, you can still get round to see the direhorns etc. in person. If you head north to the ocean and a little bit around to the right, there's a place you can get up the rocks. You can then wind through that maze of courtyards and back to the area with all the direhorns and raptors.

The red Loa-Infused dire horn is still flagged untameable, as are the maturing raptors and the two raptor mounts (damn :( ). The ravens are now tameable. They try to fly away so you need to freeze them in place.

On an unrelated topic: does anyone have NPC IDs for the three spirit porcs? I can't find them on Wowhead yet. Thanks!

Clearly this is my fault. I stated that I wanted one of the baby raptors and a red triceratops. : / Sorry guys

@Bulletdance: They're all still on the Isle of Giants. :) This was just a report from the Isle of Thunder.

@Wain: I actually tried that, but I must not have found the correct spot to climb up! Whoops. :D

Thanks for that :) I circled the island but only found one spot where I could climb. I'll see if I can get a map shot in a bit.

Thanks! :) I'd love to do some more poking around up there and was disappointed when the rocks I tried climbing resulted in nothing. :( There seemed to be some new(?) fatty goats up on the rocks too; I want to see if they're tameable too.

They were there last patch and are tameable. I presume their name is a nod to everyone's favourite cooking daily :P

Oh good, I just hadn't seen them then! :D I only saw the ones in the cages. :( The nod to that daily is rather funny!

You can get up at this point. The rock slab looks too steep to climb, but it isn't:

After that, you have to run through the caves, then through the courtyards.

Not sure how long this has been going on, but I'm getting the background downloader for the upcoming patch on live servers. We're at least getting some of the info shifted to live, though no release date as yet.
