Need to get to bed, so holding off on comments. Dropping these here. Not sure how i wil ever get glimmer for them, but that is my dream! The imp came named. I will probably change it.





And I don't think I ever showed her. She has been hanging around my lair, and still needs a name. I love the clothes. Too bad they're going away or I'd get more when i could. Hope they'll be back next year. Just wish i could've gotten white, since it's my fav.

Tarn: Sorry, I must have missed Bilbo and Gandalf. I think they're both wonderful. I especially love Gandalf. Her colors are definitely gorgeous as is. Her apparel looks perfect too. With Bilbo, I like his colors as well and goldenrod poi/tox is so lovely and subtle compared to a lot of other colors with those genes. Sadly I don't have many suggestions for the breastplate as I don't do a lot of apparel shopping. Did you try the silver version of those breastplates? Or the silver filigree armor thing? Their bios are super cute and very fitting, well done.
Crow and Raven's hatchlings are interesting. It's such a shame that obs shimmer/iri turns a weird green color on some dragon breeds. Your two new old dragons are very pretty.

Mozag: Incision is stunning! Love the color and gene combo.

Engel: Lovely mafia babies.

Vare: Oh those two little pearlcatchers are so cute! The one with pink wings is to die for. How much?

Falcon: Wow, Magicant turned out stunningly!

Kirri - Pretty little new year boy You're right about the gene choice, I hope someone takes him in.

Max - A very interesting little nocling you got there xD I can see her getting scattered in the future too

Lovely dragons, all!

Now...as for me...all I can say is that Night of the Nocturne has been unexpectedly generous to me (as has scavenging in Plague).

First off, my Christmas Day boy, Nowell.

(I will admit that I'm not a hundred percent satisfied with the Toxin on him, though - might consider Butterfly later on. If I do, I'll be very unhappy that I spent all that time and treasure to brew that Toxin gene for him, on the other hand.)

Another Christmas baby, Brak. He'll be getting Butterfly for sure, when I can afford it.


A slightly belated birthday present from a dear friend - Yuniver. (I was thrilled that Yuni hatched out a Lightning dragon, as said friend is in Lightning flight. )
Not sure what genes he'll get...been leaning towards Poison for his primary, but have no idea for his secondary.


My New Year's Eve find, Isra. I'm thinking about pairing her off with Yuniver. Jury's still out on genes for her, though...she's got a slightly weird color combo.


A 12/28 kid...Dante. He's definitely getting Poi/Tox. (Help, I'm going to be so very broke for a very long time! )


My New Year's Day hatch...Thea. I'm very torn about her...she's oddly attractive as she is, but man, is she going to be a bugger to gene to get anything that looks half as good as she does ungened. So I don't know if I should try to scatter her, or if I should just let her ride and see what new genes come out in future.


And finally, this morning's find - Virgil. He's just glorious. My plan for him is Crystal/Butterfly/Glimmer. Eventually.

Got this guy from the gen one noc swap. Instantly thought of Vephriel due to the colors, lol.. Actually quite a cutie with matching eyes but I like female nocturnes better. Not sure what to do with him.

Falcon: Wow, Cognitive and Dissonance's babies are gorgeous! Cosmos and Moon's lone baby is pretty as well.

Tarn: Those babies have some unique colors. I love the combo on the last one, very pretty. The second boy is handsome as well.

Vare: Link and Zelda's babies are cute. The first one has some neat colors. Emperor and Monarch are completely gorgeous! Just wow. I really love the butterfly on the orange wings.

Tahlian: Oh, Nowell is so lovely. I love his muted colors. Brak is very handsome as well. That royal cherub is very lovely. Yuniver is a cutie! Look forward to seeing his genes. Isra's really cute. She previews pretty well with cherub/butterfly/spines. Dante's cute! I personally love Thea's colors as is; they're so unique and bird like. Virgil is stunning. It'll be neat seeing his gene progress as well.

Nef: That unsold lady is really pretty. Eye spots seems really undesirable right now. Wow, that scatter on the noc is actually a really neat, unique color combo.

My final chest of the event resulted in a nocturne egg, leaving me with an odd number, so I decided to hatch this one while saving my others for when the new colors come out. This lovely lady emerged:
