Red & blue runed darkhounds have flame variants

I just noticed this last night when taking new model shots for Petopia: the red "runed darkhound" has two look variants. The base skin is the same, but each has a different coloured flame: one has properly red flames, and the other has brighter and lighter reddish flames, which I'm calling pink:

Fortunately both options are in the game on at least one NPC: the Vargul Blighthound in Zul'Drak has red flames and the Hungering Plaguehound in Icecrown has pinker flames. I haven't been able to check Grimkor's Hound personally, as it's a quest spawn for a quest chain I've already done and I'll need more time to check it. But from Wowhead's info I'm pretty sure it's the pink one too.

There are also two flame variants of the blue runed darkhound, but in that case one just has weaker / fewer flames than the other. I've now divided them into separate looks:
