Pet naming rule in 8.1.5 for spirit beasts

I have all spirit beasts and I am finally changing their names since I just recently learned that pets can now keep their names but can anyone confirm if these "special named" spirit beasts are able to keep their names?

- Lost Spectral Gryphon
- Lightning Paw
- Loque'nahak
- Ban'thalos

Wain, maybe Petopians could use the list you made here https://www.wow-petopia.com/tamenamesuggest.php, and check off pets that do/don't keep their names.

OP: if it were me, I'd check the comments on wowhead for each pet to see if anyone has commented one way or another about it.
