Saving for the eventual list.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread
Guarm is a hound of some kind. But funny how many people voted Hydra purely because of the superficial shape. Guarm could technically be placed in the dog family, since we already have some demon hounds in there, or he could be in the core hounds with Kurken, which, while 2-headed with shorter necks, is probably the closest kind of beast to him.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread
That's one hell of a tease. I'd say Dog only because the dog family is SEVERELY lacking in any good models aside from the updated demon hounds, but I would rather he be in the hydra family because of his shape. Or, put him in the Spirit Beast family; it's closer to that than anything else, I'd say.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread
I think that hydra is the best fit. Guarm does use breath attacks of differing elements, so hydra would be the best fit, followed by core hound.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread
I voted hydra, simply because I'm not really fond of any of the current hydras! By the way, Guarm's sleeping pose is adorable.

Caught this in the model datamining that wasn't saved (for obvious reasons). Would love a checkerboard spider.

We may have a cool new bird in the skellyboy zone. Hope the model guy actually shows it. EDITEDIT: He skipped over it as of now. Lame.
EDIT: Saw some names.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread
The streamer is automating every model right now. Some nice looking monsters and colors. REALLY digging the Maldraxxus Roc and that crazy boar thing. Really can't wait til they upload the models, because there's so many nice things. Mostly Maldraxxus-esque things, so far.
EDIT: There was a turtle that is similar to Tortos with a more natural theme. Brown shell, growing moss, and so on. So good.

The turtle, boar, and roc are by far my favorites. Not sure what that last one is below the roc though.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread
All of those Decomposer models, holy crap. I don't know where I want to go first when I level my hunter now.
Death Wargs are disgusting. They're bears with human-ish faces. Gonna hard pass on those if they're tameable, because those are not the cute kind of ugly. They're the hairy butt pimple kind of ugly.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread
Looks like the Ardenweald grubs have the same flaw as the tameable caterpillars; they are another battle pet model, but scaled up. Real shame since they look so good.
