Added, thanks!

Thanks also for catching those couple of untameables. One even had "already controlled" in its notes but I forgot to flag it :P

A funny related story to share:

apparently taming rares in Draenor still flags your character as "killing" them, so when I logged back into the hunter I'd been using for my surveys, she had 4 pages of Postmaster recovered items.

Added, thanks! :)

I worked on Timeless Isle tonight. I was going to try to get more of Pandaria done but Timeless Isle soaked up all my time, just repeatedly killing stuff to get the rares to spawn. I got all of them except Monstrous Spineclaw - does anyone happen to know if it keeps its name? :)

All the rest of the rares on the isle retain their names, as expected.

Wain, you got me nostalgic for all the time I spent farming those crabs for the battle pet--I ended up buying it with gold, of course. So I decided I'd go back and help you farm up the Monstrous Spineclaw. Thank you for giving me all your luck--I found one right away! Yes, they do keep the name. But it was very hard taming it, instead of killing it for a chance at the battle pet :) I love you, Petopia!

Wain, be careful with the Pandaria porcupine spirit beasts that have to be weakened to be tamed. With my crappy level 120 quest reward bow I one-shot the one I was trying to tame.

Fantastic! Thanks so much again :) We're down to 256 left to check and ~ 548 checked.

@GormanGhaste: that's so cool you got a Monstrous Spineclaw so quickly. I thought it might take hours, and since it was 3:30 am I went to bed :P

@Kaydia: thanks. I'll try to watch out for the porcupine SB. I guess I'll try to reduce its health with just punches. I'd be tempted to suggest they look at that, but with the level crunch coming in SL maybe it won't be as bad.

Gilneas: Rynga does not keep her name.

The spider can only be found in the Worgen leveling scenario. Given the upcoming changes to leveling, it might be worth it to check on the Alpha as well. At present, hunters get Tame Beast at level 13. If the starting zone tops out at level 10, it may no longer be tameable in 9.0. (I understand the levels are being scaled down, but might be worth checking just to be sure.)

I've been wondering about those starting areas. Many of them were brilliant work. It would be nice if at least some of them were available as "Timewalking " scenarios so players could continue to experience them. And it would be great if there was a portal to the Wandering Isle so everyone could visit it. It would be a tragedy if the entire area was lost.

And thanks very much for all your latest work. It should all be added :)
