Room is a seriouslly big issue in this game.. only being able for RL cash is a problem.. well for me anyway... and 3 million treasures for a barn is A LOT and many other ppl bidding on them so I always loose

Instead of bidding on barns put up a mill and say you are looking for a gem, it seems to be an easy way to swap. Do that 3 times and you can buy a barn.
