Molten Front Rare beats not spawning

Hi,
I have a new Nightborne elf hunter, and I have been entering at Molten Front a few months ago looking for rare beasts like Deth'tilac, Skarr, Kirix, Anthriss. They haven't showed up yet, I have been keeping doing the daily quests to accumulate the coins they asked me for and still not show up any rare.
I even bring my main Orc hunter that already got those beasts years ago to see if the problem is with my new hunter but the rares don't showp either. I have written to Blizzard that maybe there is a bug in Molten Front that isn't making those beasts to show up, but Blizzard isn't answering my tickets.
Did anyone know anything about this problem?

Unfortunately, if there is no one in the molten front, the zone goes inactive. The zone has to be active for a certain amount of time before any rares will show up. Hopefully someone else here can provide more precise information for you.

Wow that’s really sucks for any new hunter character. There’s a lot of awesome rare beasts for hunters like Death’tilac and Skarr, they are unique.

yup and the timer reset if you leave the zone or if someone else zone in for more than 15 minutes iirc.

I managed to tame Skarr twice by waiting 6 hours in an inactive server, Skar spawned every 3 hours, no one is in the zone besides me for that duration, and I watch Netflix with a timer set for every 20 minutes so that my character wont log out by making them attack and loot nearby npcs.
