Well, in-game the mane is going to be transparent-y and shiny, so I suppose you won't notice it as much. It's one heck of a sparkle lion.

No paypal/credit card. Besides, I'm already indulging myself with Pokemon Black, and still have to save for new, better equipped laptop for school. And I don't think my parents would buy it for me, either. I wish it was rep instead. I'd grind for that kitty.

Keke, no no, it's all good. The fact that such an amazing mount is made avalible to the casuals/everyone is great. My hope is that it's not just another $$$ grabber on Blizzards behalf. I guess that with all the turmoil happening around the globe at the moment, that if some of the monies involved in the transactions for these pretty pixels was donated towards, or help out in some fashion, it would be fantastic.

If it's a causally avalible, fantastic looking, mount that you guys are looking for, I guess there are other ways of implementing such things that don't require R/L cash. I know I know, if you don't like it then don't buy it, I'm totally aware of that (and as a mount collector, I'm totally aware that I'll be buying this mount, even if it was a floating gherkin). Just looking at it from your ideas with another perspective of obtainment, not necessarily a negative view of its current choice of obtainment.

Just another reminder that MMOChamp is high-octane toxin to any excitement you may have about this mount. The shrieks of "NOW EVERYONE WILL HAVE IT AND IT'LL BE RETARDED QQQQ" are still ringing in my...um, eyes?

Get it if you want to and can afford it. Don't if you don't or can't.

As it is now there is no word about any of the funds going to a charity, but judging how quite a few Blizzard store items do, some of it most likely will.

Then again, even if they didn't, people would still buy it. :P

Anyway, OT: I really like the way this thing looks. I'm really hoping that part of the profits will go to charity so I can maybe save to buy it.

Even if most of it went to charity I still would not buy it. $30 or so kiwi is not worth it I pay $12 more for a 60 day game card! thats just me now if it was in Aussie cash oh hell yeah is so would.

One reason I really like in-game items I can buy at the Blizzard store: they are *much* easier to give to people than, say, achievement or loot mounts. *grin*

One reason I despise the Blizzard store: they continue to make it damned near impossible for me to give anything to non-US players.

I'm curious how much this one will be... hopefully it won't be overpriced and cost more than Sparkle Pony did. I would prefer to just pay 20$ instead of 25 for something but who knows with Blizzard. Either way... I'm sold, that mane looks epic plus... I need to overcome the horrors of Sparkle Pony... since Sparkle Pony is not as epic looking at this guy.

The thing only looks half done. Are they really going to leave it two toned? I mean monochromatic is cool and all but so much more could be done with this mount...............
