Could you tell me what software you're using to work with the layered gifs?
I did a sweep trough the thread, but I could'nt find anything.

And congratulations on the new title!
You're welcome. I tried to make the animations look less robotic, but to alter the timing in 4 animations while you still have them to end in the same frame was pretty much more than I could bear when I made it. But as long as you like it, everything is fine.
Safrienaer wrote:Also if you still run out of space, I have a 1GB domain that's mostly just sitting there empty. If you like, I can make you an FTP account where you can upload your animations. ^^
1 GB of unused webspace?!? Oh the blasphemy of it!

I'll try with attaching, like Mania suggested but if it's still not enough, we'll get back to you. That's a threat, not a promise!

Thanks for the offer anyway. Right now, the demand for animated gifs seem to have ebbed away, so no problem so far.

Sure can do, mate! (You are male, arent you?

)
I was very lucky to find an older version of Photoshop very cheap. it is Photoshop 7.0 to be exact. With Photoshop comes Image Ready. With Image Ready, you are able to load an animated GIF and it will present each and every step of the animation as a separate layer. But still, you have to get used to how it works. One thoughtless move could ruin your work. But after some heart stopping moments, when you think your mind is going to snap because you ruined half an hour of work, you'll get careful and work will become a lot easier.

There's some doubt on that point...
Anyhow, does ImageReady come with PS CS 4?

Oops... Saturo sounds male...
But then, everyone takes Karathyriel as a female name!
I really don't have a clue about Photoshop CS.
Why not starting it, press F1 to get to the helpfiles and look for Image Ready there?
Might give you an idea.

Ohh, would it be possible to get an avatar from you? ^^ I would make it myself, but seems that the Model Viewer doesn't like my laptop.
I would like my main Nanyana (
armory) riding a Mechanical Chicken. :D
Edit: Saturo, ImageReady does come with just about any version of Photoshop, as far as I know.

Yep, sure, that's what this thread is for, after all.
Wow, your toon on a mount in 100 x 100 pixel and unter 40K file size?

That's what I call a task...
Lemme see...
Is that what you want? Really? Ok then... *shudder*
It shows the original size of the animation. To get to the avatar, click on

Cuts out a small piece of paper, and the draws some stickfigures on it.
Huh. I looks like a stick figure riding a duck!

I wasn't referring to yours, tough from personal experience it's likely to look that way when it's shrunk down to avatar size.
The stickfigure joke was entirely my own, and not related to your robot duck.

*giggle* Maybe I was being a little bit vague. Sorry, my bad. I really meant the Mechanical Chicken vanity pet. ^^ You see, when I was mounting Nani on stuff that shouldn't be mountable, I noticed that she shrinks to fit the tiny chicken.

You actually mean this?
How am I supposed to put her on something that tiny?
Or do you want me to do some "magic" here?
Please be as specific as possible on what you really want.

Here's how:
Character >> Mount a character... >> tick Other models >> find Chicken in the list
The rider appears to always be scaled down to fit the chicken. I WOULD make the thing myself, but apparently my graphic card is too bad to make GIFs with the model viewer. >.<
(Also be sure to try the Lich King as a mount, too. XD Hilarity ensued.)

Don't worry, I can make ya one.
I tried to use a Druid kitty as a mount, but it didn't turn out so good.
