This is week two, and I'm hoping since I showed my husband the luck charm I made that he understands a bit more of why I want this dragon. I feel a connection with it, it's so strange.

You have no idea how angry I can get. It's pretty insane. Sometimes I think I have anger management issues, but apparently I don't, I'm just good at raging. My boyfriend doesn't allow me to do too many BGs in a row, because I RAGE when things mess up/I get ganked pathetically. I don't act like a dick in BG chat like most people do, no no, I just get angry at the screen and start screaming - Especially if Skype is on so other people can hear me. I was in Skype the other day with some guildies when Vyra spawned, they lol'd a lot at my rage.

My poor husband has to deal with the exact same thing. and sometimes .. I take it out on him. It's not fun for either of us when that happens.

I think it's a classic syndrome you get from playing WoW. I can't think of anyone I know who plays that game that hasn't screamed at it at least once.

The only person I've ever met outside of WoW before knowing they even played WoW was a boy who used to be in my college course. He left for various reasons but... he was... violent. >.> I'm not sure if he realised it though, cause he would do things like hit people with rolled up magazines really hard and he would laugh as if it was just fun. He did it to me once, soon before he left, he didn't seem to know his own strength cause it... really hurt. >.> But that was just a totally random story, rofl.

I'm glad to be a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, it's taught me that no one really knows their own strength. And to only act out in self defense. I was really violent and threw tantrums all throughout my teenage years. Now, I just get angry for about 10 minutes and calm myself down. In reality, real life and health means more than pixels to me.

I tell myself that too, but sometimes it's hard not to get angry. Such as when you camp ages for TLPD/Aeonaxx/whatever, only to later find it dead or something. Luckily that's not actually happened to me yet, but I know I'd be mad if it did. The only thing I did beat myself up about camping-wise was when I went AFK for a few minutes to grab some lunch, came back and found NPC Scan gone off for Aeonaxx and no sign of anyone who might've killed him. I had camped for ages, and gone AFK for hours sometimes, but the one time I vanish for two minutes and that happened. I couldn't stop thinking about it for a while, but at the end of the day, it's just pixels and there would always be another chance. (As you can see, I got that chance, haha.)

Oh trust me, I get upset too.
But for my happiness as well as my husband's, I can't let it get to me. That night I went to the raid and missed him.. I threw my headphones across the room and did a great big growl. Then he hugged me. I'll get him when he wants me to get him, not a moment sooner. So I have to keep the faith and remain hopeful.

Blargh, lucky you. When I lost my Aeonaxx my boyfriend was round and we were just heading up the stairs to the computer and he said 'Lol I bet Aeonaxx spawned and you missed it' as a joke, of course when he realised it HAD spawned and I'd missed it, he laughed about it while I hit the desk out of frustration. And him laughing made me even more pissed. :/ But he figured it out and gave me a cuddle afterwards and told me I'd get it soon. He knows I'm mental about these mounts. Other halves who have faith in you ftw. ^^

Going an hour without sitting on a spawn point then I get the husband's account again. He's off to play Baddy tonight, so I get to chillax.

Omg reading what you girls just said made me realize I'm not alone.. yesterday after I lost the Time Lost to that Alliance person I was upset! and angry..I even(and I'm embarrassed to say this cried a bit) only because I have spent so long looking for this drake it hurt to know that some guy who hadn't been very nice to me the night before logs in for 10 mins and gets it ..when I had been there all day! and if he hadn't logged in when he did,it probably would have been mine..ugh makes me sad..but yeah I do realize it's pixels and one day he will spawn again and I will get him God help me!
