I spend almost no time in marks lol...and now I pretty much play surv for the raid and that's it. I'm BM for everything else pretty much. But as Gorman said, there are already some ghostly pets. I'd prefer the more mysterious looking (I guess that's what I'm looking for) to stay BM. Sorry, but BM is about the pets after all.

I love pangolins! I even have a stone carving of one at home. A giant pangolin pet would be awesome.

The salamander looks rather slippery

!! Why did I not know there are such huge salamanders?

There are already Salamanders in wow, just that they are in the 'Thunder Lizard' family instead of an amphibious animal.

There are so many beasts that could become tamable in MOP, but here's my lists of favorites.
1. Hydras
2. The new cranes
3. New tiger skin
4. New skins in general
5. Basilisks(sp?)
6. Asian themed Spirit Beasts.
To be honest I really hope some of the pet families with less skins get some love this expansion.
*edit: I have never even seen a Pangolin before, but they looks so cute!

3. Snakes (the low model onces like the one in WC)

4. Deers/Talbuks

5. new lynx models

6. the new tiger skin avalible in all the cats tamelable colors (fluffy Müsli !!)

Oh wow I love that Pangolin. I have never seen one before. It’s like the perfect hybrid of a sloth and an armadillo with a 100% cute-ness buff. xD

The giant salamanders is awesome too and I have always liked them. They also have a massive mouth that I would not want to deal with in real life. I could see it having an interesting ability involving its slime for slipping out of cc, using it as a possible slow or just a revamp of dust cloud/tail spin. Or perhaps just giving it some kind of bleed/poison dot from its bite.

a few other things i hope we see are a few skeletal spirit beasts. We have all of these “good.” Spirit beasts, (Ghost beasts with a soft light glow.) So it would be awesome if there were some more sinister looking ones. (Like a skeletal wind serpent. maybe with some(black or purple?) lighting flickering in its eyes or around its body for effect.)

I would love to see a phoenix as some kind of rare. If it became its own family it could have a great hellfire style aoe.

Mana myrms would be awesome and a lot of the new eel skins could also be worked in to the family.

My only real wish for MoP is a battle bunny. I've mentioned it before, but I was CRUSHED to find out the bunny creatures are reduced to Kobald level. I have a bunny. They aren't pests! They are PRECIOUS FURBABIES!!!!!!!

The Mogu race seem to be derived from those types of statues. I would love a beast version though, I'm not sure how feasible that would be alongside a sentient race however. Not saying it can't happen (eg. worgen/wolves, etc), so you never know.

WOW Vephriel, I totally missed that race. Nicely designed so I can completely see your point there. I would look a wee bit awkward unless they went TOTALLY gemmed out of absolute DOOM with it. Which, may still not work. Hmmmmmm!!!!!

Well, we can tame cats, and the Tol'Vir don't seem to mind...heck, one has a pet lion lol. I don't see why we couldn't.

Well, I think if you could have a tameable Armadillo I would definitely play my Huntress again :p

the pangolin looks like a cross between an anteater and an armadillo and it sucks it requires a permit its better in usa then china where they eat them thats why they are critticaly endangered most likely and i absolutely love the salamander he looks kinda slippery because the guy picked him up from the water
