Hmm, is it ICC5 heroics or regs? Can't random the regs.

The regs give you 219s, which you'll want for everything save weapon slots (unless you can get 226s, but short of that 219s are the next best thing), and the heroics give you 232s, which you'll want for your weapon slot(s).

You can do a specific queue for normals, but really you're better off skipping the queues altogether and running with friends, as it tends to take forever to get a group for the icc5s in heroic or normal.

Yes they are - I've queued for these as a tank many times and the avg queue time ran from 45min-1.5hrs.

Might be different for healers, haven't healed icc5s yet.

Drat it seems this will be moot anyways. Had a tank and they left and I'm at about 25min. still just the one dps...xD

I'm basically just running a bunch of random cata dungeons. The legacy JP vendors in Dalaran sell 226 armor and the 226 tokens for the tier pieces (head and Chest), and it's relatively inexpensive. But even then I find that the queues are 20 minutes or so, and the content is not as easily done at 80.

I will still need my 232 1handers, as there are none at any of the vendors in Dalaran.

Queuing random Cata's goes quite quicker for healing though than heroic WOTLK/ normal WOTLK though.



perhaps later tonight I can help. My shaman can heal/dps. I'd be looking to start another Uld run though if possible (quite easier when a full group can be formed)

If I was more confident in my tanking I'm sure I'd have much shorter queues, but I've not tanked since early wrath, and I need to get a hang of Dpsing on my DW spec.

I've tanked cata and yea queues for that are fast, but then they're usually fast even for DPS.

iirc there are like 4-5 pieces of 226 JP gear at the vendors, the rest obv needs to be gotten from dungeons.

We should group for the icc5 heroic weapons - 3 80s in cata gear should be plenty, or if someone's on their 85 then they can generally solo it so it doesn't matter what gear the others have.

Well, remembering from what I checked yesterday, there is:

Hands, Belt, Leggings, Sigil, (maybe) Trinkets, the 2 Tier tokens (chest/helm), and possibly the cape. So that basically leaves boots, rings/necklace and weapons. Not TOO bad.

Sigil yes, but no 226 JP trinkets or cape. Though there are some in the 200-213 range.

I could tank too. >_> Just sayin'.

My healer can carry any cata group. So don't be scared.

Sweet - my DK can tank or DPS (he's in DPS gear below but his tank gear is just as good better):

I'm always up for Cata dungeons or raids. I also checked Legacy Vendors, and there are 213 Rings, cloaks, bracers and boots. The shoulders and leggings for 226 Tier pieces are also for sale at the same vendor.

In Dalaran: Alliance-Side
Arcanist Adurin Sells 213 items: Boots, Cloak, Rings, as well as 213 Tier Tokens: Shoulders and Leggings
Arcanist Ivrenne Sells 200 items: Trinkets, as well as 200 Tier Tokens: Gloves and Chestpiece
Arcanist Firael Sells 226 items: Neck, Belts, Gloves, Leggings, Librams, Sigils, as wells as 226 Tier Tokens: Chestpiece and Helmet

Edit: Was incorrect on some of the Tier Token ilvls.
