Suddenly I am very glad that I farmed the living daylights out of those eggs.

I only got the daily once, but usually I was out killing spiders or tigers or bees instead of poopsie daisies.

I very happily never got this daily until after Sunshine was mine, so I never had to clean her poop.

I did have to collect her brother's, though.

Shortly thereafter, I stopped doing Order dailies.

As of the latest build, the claw prints are still going backwards.

It seemed like a good idea at the time!

(Plus I actually found him fairly quickly.)

I did my normal sweeps in pandaland, nothing new that i found.

checked all 4 god temples, silken fields, various places in townlong and dreadwastes, checked a few cloud serpents. not going to waste much time looking for a needle in a haystack with out something to go on.

Indeed it is!

Of course, now I'm picturing the silkworm appearing in a Riddler costume. *facepalm*

A little surprised at the attitude about being adventurous. I wish sometimes it wasn't so easy to go online and figure out where to find these pets. I envy the person who stumbles upon something and figures it out themselves. The pride must be immeasurable. Anyway, I would keep searching if I were you. Don't rely on hints it will feel so much better in the long room traversing every inch of Pandaria searching for something special than giving a hint or pair of coordinates...

I get that. But most of us are here precisely because we love finding things :)

If you see comments from people not wanting to search without more evidence it's usually because of burn-out. Most of us have scoured the world so many times sometimes we need a break :)

Oh yes, the spirit of adventure is what makes this particular rare mechanic so fun!

Wain said the rest better than I could. ;)

Finally got the public test realm downloaded. Going in. I'm definitely the type to look in every inch and traversing. *Knock on wood* Not to brag, but I think I'm pretty lucky with finding rares.

Kalli and I have located Bombyx the dark silkworm! And boy, if you're interested in taming this fellow, you're not going to like what you have to do.

Info will be coming soon! As soon as we stop giggling at how ridiculous Bombyx is!

I will say this: he is by FAR the most difficult to track!

Looks like Krasarang wilds, I am not too surprised! I wonder if you have to do the quests to see the tracks? I haven't done a thing in Krasarang yet.

*raises hand* Maybe I should not have so open about my jadedness  Like others, I had spent hours scouring every inch of Pandaria not knowing what I was looking for, where to look for it, or if it was even active yet (it was in game files but I wasnt sure about it being active on the PTR as of this build). If Kalli and Caelan found these tracks by stumbling onto them without nary a hint or direction, simply by "pounding the pavement", then certainly all my hats off to you guys!
