One other thing.. To be able to craft him, you'll need to be able to quest on the new raid island, as the schematic for one of the components is a quest reward there. No level 85 engineering alts need apply. Same for the new flying mount.

He doubles as a cooking fire, naturally.

As always, the sizes of these pets are subject to change. The biggest candidate is the croc. I sure hope they will all stay about this size, because they actually look cool. ( <-- hates minuscule battle pets)

But yeah. Cinder Kitten was a lot bigger on the PTR too. It also disappointed me when that was nerfed.

Are the new frog models going to replace and update all existing frogs, or only frogs introduced in 5.2 and moving forward?

If you are interested to use these pets in Pet Battles, Wowhead now lists abilities for most of them. Many of them seem to have unique moves.

NOTE: You can't see which abilities are "linked" together. Also, I didn't include Direhorn pet as it get delayed, and I couldn't find Ji-Kun hatchling from database.

Also the "purple" icon is named "inv-babytriceratops-grey.jpg" so the purple is just an illusion :\

No idea if this was noted already, but too tired to look...

Right now on the PTR the new Zandalari mini raptor pets are dropping like candy from the dinomancers. Trying to farm the tome, and I've gotten 15+ of the pets sofar, all 4 colors.

Edit: 30+ of the pets now... still no tome... arrgghh... 90+ min of farming. Going to bed... pffftt.
