Finally tracked down Soriid today thanks to a guildie. xD Been looking for him since yesterday but of course he wasn't up.

I managed to snag him earlier in the morning and brought him to WG. While I still have a personal vendetta against Silithids, he's starting to grow on me. X) Hopefully, Blizzard will miss this.

Have him on all 3 of my level 80 hunters now. Looks like his spawn timer is between 7-8 hours. Tamed him at 11:45 PM last night (EDT), 6:45 AM this morning, and again at 2:45 PM this afternoon. Looked at him every hour on the hour, and nobody else was in Tenaris, so i am pretty sure he didn;t spawn before those times. hope this helps others plan their tame times..

Have him on Stereo now, but funny story:

While I was flying down there on my main, I noticed that a guildie was levelling in Tanaris. I shrugged it off and continued, and when I got into the hive, I came across some corpses. Of course, no Soriid. I then caught my guildie just outside the hive, and asked if he had seen a rare. Luckily enough not, but still... :D

Got Lapress on my Beta Hunter...same level, but still cool as! Was actually on the hunt for a tan silithid, but failed in my mission :c

I assume Lapress hasn't had a make over

Its stuff like this that makes me wish they would implement the new stables already. I really dont have much in the "Hey you can get rid of me and get me later easily" department. Raiding wolf, soloing warp stalker, pvp core hound, Ghost cat from darkshore, and Loquenahak. Wonder whos getting the boot for Soriid. *ponders*

Anyway, wtb new stables now.

Agreed. I don't think I can release any of mine to try this out :< I would have to get rid of one of my spirit beasts, or my red raptor that was my first tame ever. T^T And I know I want to keep Ripley, my rare silithid, because I love normal ones<3 Plus she'll be my leveling partner.

Sooo.. here's to hoping we get bigger stables pre-cata possibly (doubt it)!

Well, i decided upon releasing my Ghost Cat to give this shot in the dark a go. I wont be too disappointed if it turns out to not work when Cata goes live i guess.

EDIT: Got this sucker a few minutes after entering his NPC ID into NPC scan. Now to name it...

Named mine Parasite... should fit if/when the change takes plce in cata.

Gonna name mine Flea if he gets transformed with the Cata release.

I named mine Zerg for now. x)

Lol. Well I named him after the Starcraft Zerg (I think the Toy Story one is spelled Zurg), but still funny.

Starting to think I may break my "no duplicate pets" rule for this guy.

I'm debating what to drop on my main for him. Right now I have the Sholo trio, not dropping any of them, then I have Articus, and my blue-black Trex. I might have to drop the Trex for Soriid right before Cata, just to try it. At least I can always get that Trex back...

Hmm well I got him on Inaric, set my little tan guy free and just renamed him. His name is still Styx ^.^ Then went on Saon (different realm) and had my egg collecting quest there. To my surprise he was up, while debating whether or not to get him. I scrolled up and saw that Veph wanted him soo he has a good home now, and I may be finding myself back there on Saon. Sas doesnt have any pets Id give up right now
but I may just tagged him on Saon. No clue yet.
