I think those wraith-like wyrms in Coldarra would be a beautiful pet. I would soooo tame a moonkin, though, like others suggested!! Hm.. hubby always wishes those really big maggots could be tamed that are in Eastern Plaguelands. Their faces are kind of endearing, in a grub sort of way.

I was so disappointed not to have leveled Art quickly enough to be able to tame the Spirit of Atha in the Basin. Not only a Hydra, but an ephemeral, semi-transparent thingy as well.

I often wonder why we can tame red-skinned Varkul Blighthounds, but not the beryl ones the Mages use. If I could have a blue one, I'd trade in my old wolf for it.

In the model viewer, there's also a green version of the Vargul Blighthound...it looks so very Irish it's almost funny, because the circle markings on its shoulders look a lot like Celtic knotwork.

If those appeared in the game as tamable beasties, I'd probably have to level another hunter to tame one...name it "CuChulainn" or something.

*Baby bears... i dont know why but they kinda ugly cute
*Basilisk... if they only had 4 legs.. i have the same problem with crocs.. hate the 6 legs
*a dog... i mean a real dog,.. not a wolf or a worg look but a real dog.. kinda like the perky pug.. different races of dogs... i go for a dalmatian please
* The vanity cats (kitten size)
* Rabbits, squirrels, roaches, bambies... basiclly all the critters .. well cept cows, sheeps and rams i dont like those

I always wanted tame druid's kitty >:D espically my guildmate who i wanted tamed him haha! But yeah. Dragon or phoniex as pet will be awesome. Tauren too XD

Ive always wanted a giraffe for some reason.

I've wanted so many beasts to be tameable but I think the only creature that I would give up a stable slot for would be a dragon... especially a blue one.

You can actually buy selectively bred tame foxes. They're about $6000 and they're shipped from siberia but they are so so cute. Here's a link to their website

I'd have quite a few choices:

Kodos (Cause their awesome)
Drakes of all colors (Dragons are just too big to hunter pets)
Proto-Drakes (Their more akin to beasts than dragons anyway)
Hydra (Should have been tamable awhile ago imo)
Phoenix (Cause mo' fire is mo' betta)
Hippogryphs (NE's dream)
Gryphons (Dwarf's dream)
Wyvern (Hordie's dream)

I think that may be everything, but maybe not, I'll keep on looking and dreaming.

On behalf of a guildy and myself I'd have to say King Ping! He would make for an awesome pet, no clue what abilities he'd have though.

Of the ingame animals, I'd love to tame a Sprite Darter, they are so pretty.

An animal I would like to see implemented is the pygmy hippopotamus, preferably in purple. Guild Wars was going to give them to hunters as pets in one of the expensions and then later changed their mind on it, even though they were implemented in the beta. I think they are awesome animals, we need more big cuddly lumbering animals.

2nd the baby murloc.

I'd like it if horde characters could tame wyverns, and alliance could tame griffons, and there would be no chance of alliance having wyvern and vice versa.

And I always wanted a stag for my old NE hunter, though I don't think I want them any more.

Sintharia. Then I would use her to kill Deathwing in Cataclysm because that would be so awesome.

...She'd BETTER make an appearance in Cata! All she is now is a chick in the Netherwing area!
