Azunara and Kozri
Dalaran

Azunara pricked her ears. She heard someone or something. She tried to focus on the noise, tail flicking slightly. Years of near misses because she hadn't paid attention taught her something: Things would kill you if you were off-guard. She looked back at Decay, and flicked her tail in salute, reluctant to shapeshift.

Decay - Dalaran

Decay looked at Azunara, both curiously and dejectedly at the same time.

"Not you, she doesn't like leaving her feline form. She claims to feel safer in that fo-" Kozri was interrupted by Azunara snapping, "Shh! I hear something coming from...Well, I had it until you said something." She said darkly, trying to relocate the sound.

((Ah, fine, I guess I'll join, because this looks pretty fun. Sure are a lot of females here... I'll add my male character(s) I guess. But first! My troll has a very strange backstory that I worry about, because some people see anything that isn't "Average joe" as a Mary-Sue. So, here's the profile. Is it too weird?

Name: Vallrok/Faron
Race/Class: Troll Hunter/Wolf
Physical description: Vallrok the troll looks like any other troll, long, lanky, with soft blue fur and a mane of red hair. He moves strangely, without any variation in his step, like he's copying a single motion many times. He doesn't make any idle motions like scratching or sniffing. He tends to have a very blank look in his eyes, which scan everything around him emotionlessly. His eyes are identical to Faron's in every way. When he speaks, it sounds unnatural, and his face doesn't copy his tone.
Faron the wolf is, technically, Vallrok's pet. He's a grey-blue wolf, large and solidly built, with blazing blue eyes. Every now and then lightning flickers over his body, crackling like thunder. He stands in front of Vallrok and when he moves suddenly, the troll moves as well - when he howls, the troll does as well. Faron near always has an annoyed, angry look on his muzzle and glares a lot.
Brief History: Vallrok was just a hunter, stationed in Silithus to help wipe up after the AQ wars. It was bad luck that had him attack the Twilight Hammer camp and tame that unassuming wolf.
Faron was originally Faron Spindleshade, a lightning-specialized elementalist of the Twilight Hammer. He participated in an experiment to see if it was possible to temporarily take control of an animals mind, and was the first to try, taking over the mind of a wolf they had captured. While he was looking through its eyes, a troll came up and killed everyone in the camp - including his vacant body. Stuck in the wolf's mind, he was then tamed, and he used the Spirit Bond to force his will on the troll, whom he now controls.
Personality: He's very angry at a lot of things. He hates hates HATES his new body, and trolls, and just about everyone. He doesn't trust the Twilight Hammer after they lamely let the troll kill his body. Technically there's a bit of human kindness left in him, and the wolf can take over every now and then, which can be very embarrassing as he runs after a stick or happily greats someone with a bark.

Too weird? Note- he's not exactly very powerful, at all, and he doesn't have connections with the Twilight Hammer. He's just an angry wolf with a troll puppet. I have other, less strange characters to use if this one is a little too strange. xD))

((I vote go for it, but only because I honestly am not picky. As long as you don't run around one shotting everyone's chars, or doing immense god moding of others, I'm fine with it. Seriously am. XD))

(( Of course not! God moding and one-shotting are bad. I'm not exactly picky either, as is obvious no doubt, but I know some people are. (ridiculously so, sometimes.) Not referring to anyone here - you all seem pretty sensible. ))

Decay - Dalaran

Decay nodded at Kozri. "A feralkin...", she said, sounding a bit astonished.
"A sound?", she asked, and glanced around quickly. "Metallic? I think I heard that too. Sounded like two plates of metal..."

((I like that story, sounds interesting without being OP!))

((If my DK can be accepted, then your troll is welcome too. =P))

Indi had managed to sneak down into the sewers and headed into the bar to snag a drink and try and get some thinking done. In the background were a couple of trolls and a duel going on.

Azunara muttered. She had lost the person. She looked at Decay, head tilted. "Have you sensed the earthquakes?" She asked.

Decay - Dalaran

Decay looked sad for a moment. "I don't sense much at all anymore. But earthquakes? Definitely."

((I'll just call him Faron, because really "Vallrok" is a puppet. It's like calling the Lich King "Frostmourne".))

Faron, Silithus/Dalaran

Faron seethed. He had been seething for several days - weeks? - now. Lightning crackled off his ugly, animalistic form. The silithids of the region had learned to stay away from the troll and the strange lightning wolf, and finding food was getting difficult. He had stole from his incompetent allies all the food he had required, and had even given a small amount of it to the troll mongrel that followed mindlessly along beside him. At least the isolated weeks had given him practice in controlling the idiot. Now he could make the troll move and speak simply by controlling his body through the spirit bond.

He reached his destination, the Cenarion Circle camp. Guards gave him odd looks as he wandered by, looking for anyone in a robe. He needed to find a mage. After much frustrating searching, he practically walked in to one, an undead. He aimed the troll's head towards her and used his puppet to speak for him, asking the mage for a portal to Dalaran. Without argument he received one.

Blinking in the light of Dalaran, he shook out his fur and growled with annoyance as the troll let out a massive shudder, mimicking the shake. His lip still twisted into a snarl, Faron forced the lightning to disappear and stalked towards the sewers, brushing past the death knights, the druid and the human without a glance in their direction. Vallrok followed with robotic movements, doing the hard work for Faron by examining each figure as they passed.

Decay - Dalaran

Decay stared as the troll and the wolf strolled past. As they disappeared, she turned back to the druid and the rogue. "That was... Odd."

Dalaran
Something...odd...was entering the sewers. Indi spun in her bar seat, pulled out of her thoughts as she watched a strange looking troll and blue wolf come down. Her eyes opened wide as she found herself a new subject to study.

"I don't like that thing." Azu said quietly. "There's something...really, really, really wrong about it." Kozri nodded slightly, "It's not...natural. That's for sure. Still, it didn't attack, so I'm willing to chalk it up to a mage's experiment gone wrong."

Faron, Dalaran Sewers

Faron eyed Indigosa, looking at her through two sets of eyes. Having a puppet was useful. He steered the troll towards the corner and stood him there, staring blankly around the room, then examining Indigosa. Faron himself sat at the troll's feet, watching the death knight as well. Instinctively he opened his mouth to speak, but only barked. Idiot...
"I assume there is a reason for you to be staring at me." he made the troll say. The suspicious tone carried over, but the puppet had a blank face that would make monotone seem melodramatic.

Decay - Dalaran

"I really don't think the mages had anything to do with that... It seemed more like..."
She shuddered.
"Some kind of depraved necromancy. Or something similar..."

Dalaran

"I hate necromancy," Kozri said darkly. He had seen too many of his kin as frost wyrms. It was a horrible fate. Azunara nodded, "I don't like it much either, no offense Miss." She added to Decay. "It just seems really scary."

Decay - Dalaran

"It has it's advantages... I haven't slept in years, for example. But yes, pretty unpleasant."

"Huh. Not needing to sleep can be useful," The druid remarked. "Though, shapeshifting would end up being out of the question, huh?"

Decay - Dalaran

Decay shrugged. "I've never tried. You'll miss things like having actual emotions, a soul, not rotting, and actually not being rejected by nature wherever you go.", she said and looked sadder as she went on.
