Double post, but hey, this time, it's my big day. Big 2-4. 24. 12+12.
Day is already half over but I was awake the first four hours. I did set my alarm for the very time I was born this morning. Unfortunately, it was hard for me to keep staring at the clock that was saying 7:19 because I was seeing doubles trying to stay up, lol. I just wanted to see the very time I was born in.

Holy crap, my birthday is coming up soon. I'm going to be 25 on December 2nd. Maybe it's because my workplace is filled with people almost ten years younger than me, but I feel old. Ah well, I know what I'm buying myself for a present at least. *eyes Cataclysm release date five days after birthday*

Thank you.
A slightly amusing birthday story:
I've been telling everyone that this is one of the birthdays that I particularly mark. I haven't gotten excited about a birthday since I was 13 - they just don't seem special to me - but some of them are interesting in a mathematical sense. 16, 25, 32, 36 ...
Since I turned 36 this year, I'd mentioned this to several friends. This morning at 5:02am I turned to my husband and said, "It's official - I'm 36."
And he replied, "No you aren't - you're 37."
I argued - I *knew* I was 36. Hadn't I just been 35? Hadn't I been telling everyone that this was my 36th birthday?
"Do the math," he said. And he was right - I am 37.
I vaguely - very vaguely - remember knowing that I was 36 last December. But somewhere in there I accidentally dropped a year.
I spent the next hour being amazed at the vagaries of human memory.
