They can be! That was the closest dominance battle I've EVER seen. Prices have gone higher before, but they've never had the outcome rely on the last seconds before! Everyone in Plague went "WHAT" when the charts showed us as top, but Fire as the victors. xD

Spent 700k on that battle, woah. On one hand, sad that Plague lost- on the other, hooooly crap that was amazing.

LOL! I bet! Cause that was our reaction too, Lupis! We thought it was all over. That you guys won. But then...we were on top?! Skype was literally screaming with joy and shock, you have no idea! It must've just changed within a second or even .5 of a second! Wowie....what a battle. That's going in the history books.

Course, there already was someone complaining from plague about it. I'll copy/paste what was shown to me via skype:

"Dear Fire: You only supposedly won because everybody likes rooting for the underdog against the big scary threat. You win because you have dragons lavished on you left and right so people can watch you can beat us. (And that’s pretty gross.)"

I just roll my eyes at it cause it's the furthest from the truth. We didn't get help save for maybe one person from the Nature flight that gave five dragons. Just one person...and five dragons. Other than that, we had no help. No raffles. Nothin'. It was all us. Our gold/gems. Our own effort. Our colli grinding. I exalted just a bit over 50 dragons myself....and I've got scrap for gold and gems.

Luckily, it's nice to see most of plague being good sports about it and I'm hoping fire is doing the same(so far, they are and we're stressing they remain humble and good sports about it. If not, Flamemama aint gonna be happy with em and neither will we).

So all in all, great battle and hope to do it again sometime!

For the record, we got the lowest priced dragons to be about 20k there in the end!


Well done Plague - that was crazy fun.

Don't take that person seriously, Junrei. They got vocal on Plague forums too and everyone smacked them down for it. Almost everyone in Plague is just thrilled with the fight. A little disappointed in the loss, but it was such a good fight that it's worth it.

(But- while I do think Fire should be very very proud, please keep bragging to a minimum? I know a ton of people that were chucking dragons at Fire. You got help too, just like Plague. Not nearly as much, mind you- but as you mentioned, most of the flights were on Fire's side for this.)

I'm not. Most everyone just kinda rolled our eyes at it. Most of you guys are bein' good sports. Now we just need to send our wallets to the ER...hah!

Far as I know from our official exalt teams, we didn't get many chucked at us(especially not mine), but that doesn't mean others outside of the teams didn't get any. Don't worry about braggin'. If anything, I'm just in glee about the battle more than the win. It was just....wow. I'm giddy as a whole, if that makes sense? I do know many fire flighters are happy with the battle, regardless of outcome, after the nasty stuff that happened when we went against water that last run.

Maybe, just maybe, the most treasure I've ever had at one time. Maybe.

Yeaah prices always crash like crazy the instant a battle is done. It really goes to show how endless the flow of hatchlings is! x.x I know at one point entire pages of AH were being bought out in the span of a few seconds, and yet it still took 10+ minutes to get through just the 15k ones... And new hatchlings were being added the entire time.

There are a LOT of dragons on this site.

I kinda wish we'd get more battles like that. Really helps the economy but I feel sorta sorry for those exalted.

In other news, I exalted my progen. I didn't like her, her colors, or anything about her anymore. but now my clan feels leaderless and I'm drifting lost without guidance. How am I gonna find a new progen?

Jurz, I need Ripple for my Jade and Teal Fae - because seriously, IT MAKES THEM LOOK SO PRETTY! I love ripple. Banana Ripple i the best, but I'm gonna be picy about which of my nanners I put it on.

Argh I want the cyan flair scarf for my lair matriarch but it's 90 gems on the AH. Which is 10 less than I have or 38k-ish which is 18k-ish more than I have. It matches her perfectly.

Just bought A LOT of different familiars for 1,5-2kt each Scored myself the 50 familiars achi and equiped each of my dragons with one... but I still have 9 left
