Hmm, I was in Felwood the other day for Archaeology and noticed in the little grove with the fireflies (I can't recall the name off the top of my head), that all of them were ridiculously small, almost critter/minipet size. I didn't think they had always been so small, but I wasn't sure. Now I'm thinking that something did bork in the last patch and a few beasts were shrunk. x)

Yeah, I noticed that they added bat critters around in the game (not sure if they've always been there). I was out in Tirisfal to get a photoshoot for my pet challenge and I started noticing that all the Greater Duskbats are teeny tiny. Made me wonder if Blizzard was trying to exercise some irony with them.

But with your report Veph, it sounds like it might be a bug.

Let's just hope that the Mysterious Camel Figurines weren't one of the affected NPCs...

Actually, i did see that all the fireflies were critter size and they used to be normal size, just like how Greatder Duskbats are now critter size from Tygers screenies. I dont know all the NPC's they've shrunk but we at least know of these two

Other NPCs are still fine, as I've been visiting EPL frequently lately.

Yeah, the bats in the Plaguelands look fine. I was just there leveling Rose.

Nono i mean NPC's in general, not ones sharing the model lol

Couldnt be when theres a Guardian of Cenarius beside her (or perhaps Cenarius himself). Ive done all the Hyjal stuff though and ive never seen Ragnaros and a Guardian in the same picture so im confused :<

It's part of the Mount Hyjal questline, actually. Not going to give it away, but I will say that this happens towards the end of the questline.

Any recollection of dodging lava tsunamis?

When I had to "fight" Ragnaros during a quest in Mount Hyjal And that is Cenarius.

Ahhhh, so it's not MC then. After I looked more at your screenshot I realized it wasn't too, but having never done that quest, I wasn't sure what it was.

You really should do all the Cata quests; they're really well done.

Not technically a Cata zone, but so far Silverpine is hands down my favorite questing area. My DK's working on Hyjal atm so I'll get to that quest eventually.

I trust that many of you know what I'm talking about when I say that Archaeology in Azshara can really suck. That is, if you're assigned that large, Naga-infested ruin. It takes forever to finally get a lock on some Night Elf fragments, and you can't make it to the artifact without tripping over at least a half dozen Naga. So, naturally, I was frustrated, but doggedly kept at it.

I needed to let off some steam. Fortunately, I came across one of the goblins' many improvements to one of my favorite landscapes in the game...

Oh god, this is horrible, but I laugh so hard going through the mine field and watching myself and my pet go flying around. >_<

Yeah; it's such a twisted pleasure. After a few minutes on the minefield, though, I was finally ready to go and finish up the digsite so that I could leave the ruin. I just wish that it were possible to decline certain digsites....
