Huh...I've always been fond of my Nocturne named Figment (after the little purple dragon from Disney's "Journey Into Imagination")...but I didn't realize quite how unique he was. Until I got a mail from another dragon, bringing him a care package - and telling him that there are only 14 dragons with his coloration on the site, and only 2 of those are Nocturnes.



I was very tickled by the whole thing.

on a whole other subject.. the mafia and i dont know what to do with the dragon raffle.. ppl dont seam to have room for dragons so what would you suggest we did on our monthly event raffles? we had thought of giving away money/food/genes/breeds etc instead of dragons. But what would you suggest/prefer to be in the raffle in the future...?

Maybe a selection of prizes, and the person can put their number down for which prize they'd like? Kinda like with the Christmas giveaway? I don't mind how the raffles go, personally, as it's the kindness behind it that counts, not the prizes given out

I've run out of fodder and it's so expensive to buy now. Arghhh

We got a donation of 108 from someone out of flight though recently, and I know someone is going to exalt 50 in a few minutes. We can't be far behind... I just hate they've been on top for so long.

I exalted a few that weren't selling. Hooray nature!

Sadly, light won. But nature learned a lot, and it was neck and neck until the end. nature was actually in the lead for a bit a few hours before the final tally, and hatchling prices got up to 10k O.o

Next flight we're up against.. you better watch out. Proved we aren't pushovers today that's for sure, and made light panic. But the next conquest push won't be for awhile. Every bone in my body aches from sitting, clicking and typing so long. zzz

And Ice came in third! *mini cheer?* xD

Lupen and I were honourable mentions in the dress-up contest we entered. Not exactly prize-winning spots but at least they were impressive enough to grab attention?

I honestly wasn't all that impressed with the second and third place winners. First was definitely a good choice though.

I think I'm going off Coatls. :/

Thank you for the congrats with so many entries Im glad I at least got noticed, lol.

First was creative and deserved to win for sure, but I wasn't impressed with second and third place either. Granted, the guardian that won second looked nice.. But I saw so many other amazing entries, and it was just one item & an accent. And third I didn't see the appeal in at all, but oh well.

I feel like I need to just point this out...
Lilia, one of my Nocturnes is less than a metre long. Nova, another nocturne, is barely over half a metre long.

Sira? She's over 6m long! Why is she so much larger?!

Pretty sure this discussion was had not that long ago. It seems like Nocturnes come in teeny tiny and super massive sizes. Not sure why, but some of my Nocs are way bigger than their friends too.

Part of me hopes they don't fix it. It's nice to have a breed that can have small members and some rather large ones too my dream of having a Nocturne the size of an Imperial shall come true one day
