Yeah, WMV won't work while WoW is running. I can keep WoW up at the same time cause I use a different comp for WMV.... I just don't do it though. And when I'm on my computer, I get too distracted by photoshop to be actively playing WoW, and always disconnect... so I just don't see the point.

I wish I could run WMV while camping, would help ease my boredom lol.
Anyways, Feral, I'm gonna put requests on hold so that when I get back I can do the ones that are currently in the request queue.

Still have no clue how ya'll get WMV to work while wow is running. If I could get it to work while wow is running, I'd take a crack at this myself while waiting for dungeon ques.
When do I ask for it? And WMV doesn't work while running WoW.

Maybe not directly but usually people want some critique so they can get better. And I haven't asked for any cause I've asked for so much so I'm trying to give others a chance before requesting any.

Since Cata, Blizzard put a lock on all MPQ files when WoW is running, so the files cannot be changed/edited/opened in another program. Just a safety measure on Blizzard's part (and to get rid of a lot of simple model editing). To get WMV to work while WoW is running, you need to download a second version of WoW and have WMV get the MPQ files from that one instead of the one you are playing from.

I downloaded a second WMV and when it first started up I selected the PTR for the destination. That way it's pulling the info from the PTR folder and doesn't conflict with running live WoW at the same time.

Hmmm....that could work. Doesnt take up as much space as downloading a second wow would.

Hey guys, I will also be on hold for a bit. I'm slightly burnt out from these, and after I will most likely feel up to it I have some real life stuff to do.
I WILL take requests but you WILL have to wait a week or so, but that will also give me time to plan your request out, in which case they probably be better quality.

*wishes she could try this out* But it wouldn't make much of a difference for me since I don't play WoW on my bf's computer..... I want it to work on my Mac!

My favorite is the red lynx. I've had my lynx since Britany was a new toon in BC and I love that cute pose.

Yep, I think he's going to be Naharnak's special pet. I wanted him to be looking up at Naharnak for his pose.

Mine is named Phoenix. It used to be Clash, but I renamed him. If he's your special pet, then bonus points for Naharnak because red lynxes are AWESOME!
