Vyragosa #04... I wasn't camping for this one though, since I've never personally seen a spawn just six hours after the last. A fellow camper let me know.

I hope it is a trustworthy camper!

I went to check to make sure. (: She's informed me of spawns twice now and we've had a couple of chats so I think I can trust her hehe.

Vyragosa #05. Weird, I found her dead in *almost* the exact same place as before. (Right before that mini-waterfall besides frozen lake.) Time for beds!

Oh boy do I remember the TLPD camp, did this one on two of my characters in WotLK. It is a right royal pain in the ass cause that bastard will pat all over the place. In both cases I found him by the giant pit in Storm Peaks.

Good luck, you will eventually get him but its just like that damn Aeonaxx.

I logged on right after the reset and found Vyragosa #06. I also found Skoll and Dirkee and a bunch of other Northrend rares already up. o.O

I've been trying to camp again since I got back in from shopping but almost right away some douchebag Alliance decided to start stacking on me/killing me. Sigh.

PvP servers suck for rare camps.

So... I did all that rare hunting this morning, spent a good hour and a half searching for as many rares as I could and killing them in the hopes of speeding up the timer...

... and I have to go out for a bit, my friend comes on during that time, Time Lost spawns and she gets him.

Time Lost, you are a dickhead.

In all honesty though, I'm glad she got him. She'd been camping a week or so longer than me and she was pretty dedicated too. I just hope something spawns for me now, I've camped all evening!

I would cry if you got him that easily xD But I might need to get someone to go hunt and kill rares for me, too, at some point.

I'm still glad that someone nice got it. There are so many new dick heads in my area that I'm just... -.- They all need to go away.

Judging by the time I saw Vyragosa and by the time she said Time Lost spawned... there was only five hours in between the spawns. Seems rather short to me. It also happened the other night when I saw one Vyra then came back 4-5 hours later and there she was again. And I saw a bunch of rares on the second rare hunt today that I'd also caught earlier in the day. Have they shortened the timers even more? Before this patch the longest apart I'd ever seen spawns was nine hours, now I've seen six Vyras in three days! (And one missed TLPD.)

Well, with more people in your phase, I'm sure rares die a lot more often now :/ And has been (un)proven by Ponderance, killing rares does push the Vyra/TLPD spawn a lot faster, with the lowest time between spawns being 45 minutes. Hell, if the phasing wasn't so fudged, I'd invite you and we could camp together (I love my Waterfall spot, but I can't even camp today due to my WoW breaking...) ~.~ Fffff.

And yeah, I remember hearing about the proven pushing of spawns, which is why I went hunting. And I don't think my realm has been phased with others yet. There's literally no one in the Storm Peaks most of the time, especially in the evening. I'm all on my alone at the moment. (Please don't make that jinx it. -.-)

Edit: Oh, and a stack of Frostweave sells for like 90g on my realm. I got bloody rich from it this morning/afternoon. Another good reason to rare hunt!

And yeah. Frostweave goes for insane amounts on my server, too. I should just farm Frostweave sometime... I hope you stay alone for a while longer :/ It's annoyingly bad how many people just feel like trying to camp, then start complaining about being bored 20 minutes later... and oh god, don't get me started on the people who troll link the Reins... *facedesk*

AFAIK TLPD/vyra is a solid 5-22+ hour timer, as the killing rares theory was working but stopped at some point.

This exact thing happened to me years ago, on my first camp and I decided to go eat. Came back and my friend was like, "ummmm... I was just mining and got TLPD, sorry bro." It stings, it stings bad.

Huh. o.O I never heard about it being stopped... I might just camp without killing rares and see how long it takes. But I swear it's been helping... Yesterday it was five hours until the Time Lost spawn and then nine hours until the Vyragosa I saw last night. Haven't seen anything this morning.

And the Time Lost spawn yesterday didn't get to me really because I would've been out of the house either way. Nothing I could've done. I'm just glad she got it and not some random!

However... I was chatting in guild chat this morning and I got asked if I was camping Time Lost, and, just in case they got any ideas, I told them I'd been camping the last four days. And what happens? They start to question me loads about Time Lost/Vyragosa and where to sit and stuff, and I felt rude ignoring them, so I just linked them to TLPDResource. Now they're sitting in Storm Peaks... :/ I don't know where, since I can't see them near Frozen Lake anywhere, but I find it downright rude that he wants to camp while I've been trying hard to get myself the mount the last few days. Urg. Whatever.
