But it's called PLATE in the NAME. IT CAN'T BE MADE OF MAIL.

The same noobs would probably say a druid couldn't need on these.

Oh oh, and hunters can't roll need on this.

This is a terrible drop, but it's not plate.

Ugh, so I decided on a whim to do a few more dungeons today, since Sil had 34 fo the 50 badges needed for the next t9 piece she needs.

FIRST group is HoL. I seem to be cursed with this place. Our tank is a little add-happy and charges headlong into things. He does okay at keeping aggro at first, but starts losing it more and more the further in we go (he's a DK btw). Our healer tried giving him a few spec tips politely, but he'd have none of it. Then, when we got to that one hall where all the vykul randomly animate and charge at you, he blasts through the ENTIRE HALLWAY, triggers ALL the adds, and immediately loses half of them. I desperately tried to save the healer, and failed miserably. She yelled at the tank (something like "hey, try not to get your group killed with all your adds!") and then left group, everyone else left a few moments later. >< At least I got 2 badges out of it before I lost out on the rest of the instance...

Just had another example. I'm on my bloodhoof DK, tanking. He's level 60, so it's Ramps. Anyhow, the Rogue, genius as he is, attacks a different mob than I do. Naturally, he pulls aggro. I taunt the mob, and all is well. But, when the group saw the Rogue take damage, they all yelled "noob dks suck!" and left the party.

I know that they have reason to hate DKs, but seriously, it's gone as far as where I have to be so incredibly overgeared that my D&D can keep aggro on mobs, even trough a Rogue onslaught. /sigh
At least tanks get groups fast. Finished Ramps with another group. Went splendidly.

Ugh ugh ugh ugh ugh. I've done some ballsy stuff as a tank, but I only ever pick up two of these packs (intentionally) at a time, and even then, it's only because I CAN BOP THE HEALER IF I NEED TO. Plus my aggro doesn't totally suck. At least not on my pally. Although my lowbie warrior is doing pretty decently. Maybe it's just druid tanking I'm less fond of...

That's just unfair. -_- Nas is actually in that level range now, so I've seen PLENTY of morons in ramps lately. I've also seen lots of DK tanks WITHOUT DND. I would've been super-happy to see you. >_<

tbh you got the mob OFF the rogue ... that's more than alot of tanks try to do pre 60 for me :|

My only problem with HoL when I'm tanking, rarely do people HUG me like I ask. Cause then when the mobs aggro I can just throw down my AOE stand in one spot and get them all on me quickly. Can't believe he just bloiting zergged like that- seriously, what the crap?

Yeah, going all together is the only way to properly pull the entire hallway. Otherwise, they just randomly rush the people behind you, making it harder to pick them up. -_-

sdfsfsdf.

Ok I admit I am not the best tank- some days I am worse than others. Some instances, worse than others. My addon doesn't always work, or worse when my TauntMaster does work my taunts don't and I blow both just to pull aggro off one person- only to have another person pull aggro.

This was one of those days.

now.

This was one of those days with a crappy healer.

Let me explain- before Eck, I had said Hold on my Addon is bugging out, let me try and fix it. I had still tried to figure out wtf was going on- but went to loot a gorloc. I hadn't said I fixed my addon.

THE HEALER GRABBED THE LAST THREE GORLOCS AND CAME BACK TO ME. Before I could even start to tps- the dps started dpsing. And just oh god it was horrible.

But we get thru Eck. Ok. Eck is dead.

We get to the rhino guy. I go charging in- and then like after the guy stabs the dk I realize...

I'm not getting heals.

I am NOT getting heals.

I'm like ANY ****ING DAY NOW! STILL NOTHING.

I squeal like the girl I am as I get down to 1k before I can pop LoH. I then squeal again as still no heals- 500 hp! RUN AWAY. I ran as fast as I bloody could away from tyhe boss to mass heal myself as much as possible before Aria could once again start spamming the heals on me BECAUSE THE HEALER DECIDED TO AFK AND NOT HEAL OR SAY.

*facedesk*

I had been looking forward to trying ToC norm again- but after that..? .-.

The last four days I've gotten H PoS or H HoR for my random daily on both my hunter and druid. People may be idiots in heroics but when it comes to being an idiot in an instance where you need to actually think, groups end up falling apart. The H HoR group I had yesterday on my druid went through six tanks total because most leave right away, aren't geared enough and die too fast, or cannot hold aggro, we wipe, they leave. I only ended up staying because my druid still needs the trinket in that instance, which of course did not drop again after two hours of hell.

*bangs head on keyboard* Urgh, I need a break.

Yup, that's exactly what happened. And naturally, most of us were staying behind the tank to let him lead so we didn't draw unnecessary aggro...which meant he had time to rush ahead and trigger the entire hallway. Rrgh. Most of us realized too late what he was doing, and while the ret-pally did an admirable job of trying to pick up aggro to keep the things off us, it was too little too late. >_<

Well yay for the ret pally! So many of them just don't bother trying....

Just a warning to ALL EU players who are on any server that can get people from Laughing Skull.

Zaii and Zerrio are lowbie tag team ninjas. Zerrio roid rages if you actually bother to help keep the tank alive when she randomly afks or doesn't heals or waits to long to pop a heal. And as I said they are tag team ninjas. Zerrio, a priest, rolled on a LEATHER helm my drood Coal can use. Then joked about trading it. They then rolled need on leather pants. The tank then explained He/She's doing it to give them to me!.

So yeah. Ignore them like the bane if they ever get into higher levels.

I know there's a site where you can actually input specific players for bad behaviour/ninjaing/etc and then others can go and see what sort of reputation that player has.

I can't remember what it was called though.

Nope, not that one. There's another one where you can search for players by name or server and see who to avoid.

Some of the bloiting ninja jerks y'all have mentioned here pretty much sound like they belong on the site.

Stunningly enough, after not checking the site for the last couple months, it seems Saurfang went from 25th on the top servers list to 6th Oo;
Here's the site I think you were on about.
