He's disguised somewhat by a snuffle nose, just as you don't see the wings on your everyday Michael Landon-style angel.

And I believe that the high priestess and high priest are the same thing... also I will vouch for Saturo as a high priestess... she knocked the sense about P.Dawg into some people (Including me... luckily it was before the nuke came around...)
