I've got the crappiest cold

I have been so motivated lately and things just cruising along ever so nicely..... and now this stupid cold has come sucked up all my energy and all my drive. Now I'm left achy, snuffly, tired and really cranky because I can't even function if I want to... /endrant

I'm a diehard realist, I know very well that Internet relationships can go sour a lot quicker than ones 'irl'. I've known Ryan for years as a guildmate and occasional RP buddy, he's a trustworthy guy and even if I didn't love him I'd still view him in the same light. He's not sleazy, he's not a creepy old man and I trust him enough to know that he genuinely cares about me. Trust is kind of a big deal and I guess what upsets me the most is that people assume I'm running into this totally blind or, what stings the most, that I don't trust him - or that they don't trust me to make a good decision when it comes my relationship.

I guess it'll have to boil down to either going up there or bringing him down here to get them to shut up. My friend has always been fairly protective of me and I assume she just doesn't want me to get hurt for whatever reason, but dragging me to a store full of people I rarely get along with to pair me up with some stranger in my town when I'm perfectly content with someone else just...augh! It's like when dad gave me a big ol' speech about how your Internet friends don't matter(as much as real life ones, he said later on, but that wasn't what he told me first off). It's just tactless and hurtful when it's meant to be helpful.

In other news my Coke tasted a little strange(it's not cold anymore, and warm Coke Zero always tastes meh) and now I feel nauseous.

To the draenei enh shaman who keeps showing up 2-3 seconds after me: obviously we're on the same quest chains but if you'll use your fucking eyeballs you'll see there's more than one camp of the quest mobs in the immediate vicinity - stop following me, spread the heck out and stop trying for the ones that are 10 feet away from me you tool.

Or don't, and I'll keep tagging them, and you'll keep pissing and moaning. Whatever works for you I guess.

So, we're getting a new Internet connection, switching to a cheaper one. Should be easy enough, right?

WRONG!

FIrst... The old company apparently turns our connection off a day too early. The new company was supposed to send some guys to install it yesterday... But they didn't. After sending some e-mail about it, turns out they won't be able to send anyone until FRIDAY! ;__; So that's three days. Huge for a family like this that's really dependant on having an Internet connection.

Thankfully my mom has a 5gb connection on her netbook that's separate from our main one, so I could steal that so I don't go crazy in the meantime. :P Nevertheless, it's a crappy situation.

Slow RPs (Don't want to swamp people who aren't online yet, completely understandable and not blaming anyone), and not inspired to draw anything... Don't really want to play any of my characters... And I don't want to go to sleep because I have to do spanish oral exams tomorrow!

i can see why we havent been able to down the ascended council yet with our guild, we're too melee heavy, we only had 2 ranged (nothing with the 30% haste buff tho) and while we got phase 3 down to 6% health, woulda beat him if the one tank was still alive (he lagged out and died), we're having major problems in phase 2 because the whirlwinds are coming FAR too close to the gravity wells and we're getting the wrong buff. It was all 5 attempts, so its not just accidental that it was happening like that, they hate us god.

YESSS definitely use some aloe vera, i had a sunburn that was so bad nothing could touch it and i had aloe vera rubbed on it and it began to soothe and heal it (within a few days that is of course), also vitamin e cream will work wonders

I have no clue if aloe vera actually heals; it definitely provides relief though, and almost instantly at that.

I can't decide whether or not I want to play WoW or Rift and it's irritating the hell out of me. My bf found that he's not really into Rift; I think both games are pretty decent, but in both games I don't really involve myself much beyond making new characters for the hell of it and leveling each of them partially. I must have almost 10 different hunters with different themes and such I want to go for in WoW. I've only got four characters in Rift, two of which have kind of plateaued around level 20 (mostly due to not needing a billion characters what with quadruple spec XD).

The man turned his WoW account back on because he likes going around and farming in the game and that's basically all he wants to do, and I'm not sure what I want to do. And no, playing both games is not an option, basically playing one game for the each of us is what we can afford.

I'm just torn on what to do. I like both games, and although some of the changes Blizzard's making make me grind my teeth in frustration, other changes look kind of neat and make me /grabbyhands for them (Mage T12 how I <3 thee). Rift is new and it's kind of neat playing a new game and I like the graphics and the zones and the questing seems pretty nice.

My RP on Moon Guard is pretty much all but dead - I'm kind of tired of the Orc animations and staring at Orgrimmar all day, but I don't really want to level anyone else. I kinda want to go back to being a Draenei - actually, after doing a free faction change on the PTR, I'm kind of dead set on it - but I really dislike MG's Alliance for unimportant reasons.

Ryan suggested I switch back to Alliance and move Veeka/Veera over to WrA with him, which is a perfect idea...until I realized my friend stayed on MG so she wouldn't have to break these two characters up in the first place. It's been a while since then and said friend left our little two-person guild to go do old-school raids and RP, for the most part, but these characters have been together for years now, have a nice little family, survived a war together - they've been through a lot, and though I'm losing interest pretty quickly I feel horrible just thinking about leaving. I have plans to talk to her about it later...but I know she's not going to be happy at all.

I will never get a day "off" ... Today I was suppose to have the day to myself up till the evening when my BF was going out to a movie with some buddies. Except this morning he was going to take his papers down town, take the kid with him and get his passport info sent off. Well, like the "smart" person he is...he didnt get things ready ahead of time, instead this morning he cant find his birth certificate and wakes me up to watch the little one while he rips the place apart looking for it. On top of that he's all snappy snarly because he cant find the info, and any time the little on starts crying he yells at me to watch her. I try to point out places when the birth certificate might be and he still gets snappy.

So, my "relaxing" day off so far has been yet another stressfull day thanks to my BF who is to stupid to get things done ahead of time and then bitches that he'll never get a vacation because something always goes wrong. I told him he should have had this done weeks ago, and he said he didnt have time...(guess he was to busy painting his warhammer, or playing warhammer, though I didnt mention that to him)

Watching my bf log into his account and then realizing mine still has a little bit of time left on it I was like "There is something satisfying about WoW's cartoony graphics." I like Rift's graphics and all, but their strange mix of realism and fantasy kind of boggles my mind. And for as clean as they look (OMG no clipping <3) there is still something appealing about WoW.

I'm still torn on what to do.
