Off topic, but Fenryr was one of the first dungeon tame challenge pets ever added, you had to solo the 1st mythic boss, then you have to kill Fenryr to spawn a tameable version, I found it fun to try a challenge like that

It's also the only one so far. Maybe one will exists in Shadowlands.

Do we know whether K.U.J.O. can be tamed in SL, and if this is the case, does he retain his name?

It would be really cool if the answers to these questions were yes.

I figured that, with the other bosses becoming tameable, there would be a chance that this would be the case.

I've not tested him yet, but the answer is likely yes to both

If Muffinus/Jeremy makes the Kunchong Hatchlings in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms Mantid invasions tameable and Raigonn as well, that takes care of all four base colors.

I saw and killed them on live, they're with Mantid Swarmkeepers during the Mantid invasion (but Swarmkeepers can alternatively also have pet wasps with them)

I can see a controlled error popping in there, but that could probably be overridden.

I could check on PTR but I'd need to unlock Vale invasions on my hunter.

Update: Mogu Invasion is up on the PTR so I can't check, sadly. Not sure what the situation is on beta.

I'm sure there is an npc with the same name that isn't.

These ones were just basically walking alongside those mantid mobs like.. well, their hunter pets. They're pretty scarce, though, which could be another reason why nobody remembered them.

There are two different npcs, I remember. One cannot be attacked and the other cannot. The one that cannot is underneath an amber bubble/ward.

There. Sorry, not the most photogenic shot, but the Mantid invasion is on the cusp of switching over and everyone is swarming in to get their last kills.

I'm just gonna drop this in as a NEVER EVER target, but on the main site, there's no listings for the G'huun worm model ingame. There actually IS one, but it's spawned only during the mythic G'huun fight. While raid tameables take two expansions minimum, I know this one won't happen now or in Shadowlands. Still, worth throwing it up there for later! Who knows, maybe it'll secretly get added anyway!

It is bugged. Why some are able to progress and others cannot, I don't know. I think that the reason that some have it is that, for a time, it was no longer bugged and so Elegon could be reached during that time.

I don't remember who explained it, but there was a twitter post showing how. What you do is this;
- Kill every troll EXCEPT for the one riding the lowest-flying pterrordax
- AGGRO the low rider (do not kill), then run out of the instance. Yes, this part sucks
- Come back in after a few seconds, kill the troll when he's reset (He'll just be standing there in the ring area)
- Proceed to play normally

Edit-just tamed it, you don’t need to be a pandaren to tame elegon, and sadly doesn’t retain its name, and change it into a spirit beast in the petopia site plz
