My hand hurts from working on these all in one go. I still haven't started on the unlockable stage stuff yet D: I'll do that tomorrow. But for now, the starter familiars are open for people to use!

Yeah, I'm pretty underwhelmed with the new gene. It basically makes everything look muddy, at least to my mind.

No detail, no design, just 'have an overlay of 'x' color'. That usually doesn't even look good. Might be okay on like... a triple white with a really harsh gene like poi/tox, to mute it down, but the specifics of what looks good with it are so narrow... yeah. I'm thinking I'm just not gonna bother with it.

That´s an odd gene....it cost 1200 gems.. the same as glimmer and circuit.. for a gene you can hardly see... yeah... maybe on ONE of my dragons (Jill) but else...

thats TWO genes in a row where ive been underwhelmed..

I like all the color possibilities it brings!... But it's not worth the gems. Were it a treasure gene I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat, my two Gen1 Guardian girls look really good with it. Ain't spending 24 dollars worth on them for it, though.

Yeah I don't like the new gene. I feel they're charging way too much for it.

It's an ok gene that I guess? has potential? but for 1200g? No way in hell.

Butterfly makes sense. Iri/shim makes sense. Glimmer makes sense. They're all flashy genes. But this gene is pretty much the most simple gene there is, on par with underbelly and basic. It should seriously be in the treasure MP and for a very low price.

Werewolfdragon: Lycandracothrope, lycan meaning wolf, Draco meaning dragon and thrope (anthrōpos) meaning man. Wolf-dragon man. or Dracolycanthrope (Dragonwerewolf)

and i agree with the price of the new gene.. its too much for such a subtle gene.

Like I said on the facebrick group, the best thing about the new gene is that the people chasing the New Hot Thing now have something to chase that I don't care about, and that dragons with Thyla and Butterfly will get cheaper.

man the internet exploded with this gene.... kinda fun to follow both drama rising on the fr forums.

Am I the only one not all that thrilled with the new gene? I was hoping for a new pattern not something that messes with my carefully chosen colors....

ALOT of ppl are unsatisfied by the gene and the fact that is 1200 gems worth. Im not getting it i think.. None of my dragons looks good in it.. but maybe i change my opinion .. i have known to do before.. but i have yet to see one i like.. well not totally true as some of the genening looks like the new colors coming.. but then i rather wait for the new colors than pay 1200 gems for a gene
