I haven't been too active on flight rising, waiting for the color expansion. But I looked at gem sales and Jesus Christ... 1:745? I miss the days where it was in the four and five hundreds...

Its to 1:780 now.....cheapest egg are 317 gems

I am soo saving my treasure till the gem hype dies down a bit.. its too high.. i dont mind 1:700 but my mind has a very hard time accepting the near 1:800 its closing in on.. too few sellers i think...

I have a few unhatched eggs but I'm waiting on them until new color day

I need a lair expansion SO BAD. I'm boarding dragons in friends' lairs. Maybe I should sell some gems. Course I'd have to buy them to sell them.
I've very few eggs but gersh dernit I refuse to cave and buy more right now. Especially at such high prices.

If you decide to sell gems let me know got around a million in treasure atm Nvm I regened some dragons instead

I just used 600k to regene some dragons hehe i am trying to convince my head to hold on to the last extra ice sprite i have...hope my head wins over my " uhh GLIMMER" heart

i just had 3 dragons which I felt like needed something else :3. I probably change my mind when there are new genes out but it was fun

Sitting and putting all my 2014 skins for sale.. and wondering if there is a limit on auctions.. atm on 17 pages on the ah.. and its just the skins.. i still have my 2013 - 2016 unopened festival chests... and i am keeping one of each accent.. atleast

Double post.. but the new Word of the wind is comfusing.... im unsure if i am allowed to have a note in my dragons profiles which reminds me that i should return a dragon to its previous owner should i ever tire of it. .. and i did not know exalting was such a huge problem...

If you are placing a reminder to yourself, then it should not be an issue. You are not demanding anyone do anything, you are just reminding yourself.

That part seems more directed at something like: DO NOT EXALT THIS DRAGON or RETURN TO <insert name> DO NOT SELL/EXALT, etc type things.

But i have "return to insert name here" on quite a few dragons as i get a lot of dragon present from you guys snd your friends or family lairs...i dont plan on getting tired of old dragons but i like return to in the note anyway heh. Weird update imo...

To sum it up, FR is taking a stand on the growing conflict between some players who are adamantly against having their dragons being sold/exalted/etc and place long explicit messages in their dragon bios restricting what the new owner can do with the dragon once they purchase it. Then you have other players who will seek out and purposefully buy such dragons for exalting, just to aggravate those particular sellers. It has become a HUGE problem, spilling over into Drama Rising on a very regular basis and apparently to the mods as well. That is the situation they are addressing. If you are simply putting reminder type notes to yourself on your bios, I think you are perfectly fine. If you have any qualms, I'd simply suggest changing your notes to read something like this:

"This is a note reminding myself that I never want to exalt this dragon. I received this dragon from a friend, (insert person's name here). I would like to return this dragon to my friend if I ever tire of it."

That should be perfectly fine. It's not worded in a way that makes it sound like someone is forcing you to play a certain way. Only notes expressing controlling demands over another player are going to be investigated, not innocent kindly notes such as that.

there is a lot of debate on the thread.. quite interesting to read on how ppl react to this. So actually we are not allowed to ask for the free to good home dragons thread on petopia not ot be exalted.. because your not allowed to request that now..

Technically, you've never been allowed to ask that, it's just been a common courtesy Petopians extend to each other. Something a lot of Petopians tend to forget is that once a dragon leaves your lair, it is no longer yours and you no longer have any say over what happens to said dragon. I'm not opposed to the way we do things here, necessarily, but what Ashaine and the FR mods are saying is that you cannot control what someone does with one of your dragons after it leaves your lair. A mutual respect between parties is one thing, this sounds like people trying to be a bit more controlling than that, and, of course, toxic people going in and intentionally trying to upset people for the sake of being an ass.

My main issue isn't exalting per se, it's when they get named stuff like 'RichardNixon', or an entire clutch named 'Acolight' or something, and THEN exalted, so basically i have a bunch of stupid crap in my offspring lists that I have to look at. I've taken to naming anything I'm selling at exalt prices, to resolve that, but it'd still be better to allow you to 'hide exalted' in your offspring lists.
