Nightmare nodded, "When I was looking for my family, I got attacked plenty of times for being former Dusk..." She also seemed a bit bitter, saddened. Solara watched, quiet.

Julius had a wide grin plastered on his face as he watched the little kids play.

Dimitri gave a start at Jaws's yell. He poked at one of his teeth experimentally and pouted at the sharpness before looking up at his dad apologetically.

Luke was standing off to the side, watching the other Pokémon. The wide variety of them surprised him. Tall, short, young, old. Some looked happy, others grumpy. A strange assortment, to be sure.

Jaws chuckled, "His bite's as strong as mine heh...."

Olivia chuckled. "Just be glad he doesn't have all his teeth. He's only got... four, five?" Dimitri grinned widely at the Blaziken, showing his mostly gummy smile. Olivia paused and glanced toward the door. She hummed thoughtfully. "Should we go present this feathery little bundle?"

Buzzard nodded. "I think it'll take some time for that to fade. You fear what you don't know, and not many know what the Dusk really are." He shrugged, staring off into the distance for a moment before looking back down at Nightmare. "We went through a lot to become what we are, though, so I won't let any of them intimidate me."

"Because---- ..... ................" Baine started to say, but trailed off. ".... Like I said, it's something that you wouldn't even care about. So.. I'm not saying it!" He said, looking away to try and hide the fact that he was blushing.

Jaws nodded, "Yeah let's go..."

Garchomp took a closer look, "....ok dude I know you don't blush like that for no reason...."

Aeris picked up Pinsir, not even bothering to explain. Hiban giggled and curled up on his mothers shoulder, looking at the ghostly Salamence with big eyes. "Mommy, who's that?"
"That's your Great-Uncle Salamence!"

Nightmare gave a slow nod. She glanced at the strange eeveelotions ((I spell this differently every time, by the way.)), and then back at Buzzard and Sol. She scowled, ready to drift into shadow form and run. But, she decided to risk it, asking almost too soft to hear, "Do...you think the owner here...Chomp, you said...will let me stay? I don't have anywhere to go or any family. I was just looking for fellow Dusk. You've been the first non-hostile pokemon I've seen in a long time..."

Kukri started to relax a little, thumping her tail from side to side in front of Lark. She looked to Rust.
"Err, so, can I play too?" She asked shyly.

Baine blushed even more. "... I am NOT blushing!" He said indignantly.

Rust grinned at Kukri. "Sure!!!"

Pinsir looked bewildered as he found himself on the back of a ghostly dragon, "What just happened and why?"

Garchomp chuckled, "Riiiiight.....so your red cheeks are just a skin condition then?"

Baine flailed slightly. "It's... Err.. Because I'm a Fire type!!!!!"

"Uncle Salamence said he'd take us on a flight! You haven't really lived until you've done this." Aeris said cheerfully as she put Hiban on Salamence's head. "It's so much Fun!"

Buzzard grinned. "I don't think Chomp would decline anyone, especially someone without a home. He let a couple of thieves stay because they were hungry!" He shifted, looking into the main rooms of the house for Chomp.

Lark squeaked with glee, pouncing franticly at the swishing tail. She mewed at it whenever she missed, which was almost every time she pounced.

Salamence smiled, giving himself a shake before taking to the sky with his mighty wings.

He was so happy to be doing this again that he let out a roar.

Kukri grinned happily, her tail thumping even faster now. "Really? Um okay, so what are we playing andwhataretherulesIdon'tknowifIshouldI'malittlestrongerthansomeofthelittleonesthatarealsoplayingandohArceusI'mramblingonagain...."

Rust blinked, slightly confused by Kukri's jumbleofwordsputtogetherramble. "Erm, we're just playing tag, so I don't think you should have any problem playing.."

Aeris let out a laugh, her own wings pushing tight to her back so she didn't go flying off.
Hiban squeaked and then smiled, letting out his own little cry after Salamence had roared.

Lyra peered at Kukri, tilting her head in curiosity, and carefully sent a psychic thought, a greeting. She grinned at her, flicking her tail.
