Maybe, maybe not. I know some people like them... I guess? But fem worgens are ... so bad. Moreso than any other race models, and at least the other models have the excuse of being old. Worgen females are so unpopular despite being werewolves, which a lot of people were excited for, and it's a shame.
Playing it somewhat safe with the other races makes sense, but they must know the vast majority of players are very unhappy with fem worgens, and imo they can afford to be a bit more creative and perhaps make some complete and drastic changes for once. Anything will be better than what we have now though.

I still don't think it will be a drastic change if they do update them. They will just update the model they have.
Now if they made them look like Vanilla Worgen? Then yes I'd be game to play one

What's wrong with female worgen? I've never really noticed anything too wrong with them. I do know that they look a little *too* startled/wide eyed sometimes, but I don't think they're that bad. Personally, I'm content with the female and male worgen. Don't mind me

Sorry, but I love the tauren female, and I want to play her with that model. I get that there are some details that can be improved upon, and it's good to suggest that calmly, but I already see so many people (not here) picking it apart, picking at every small little detail, calling her "doglike". (Huh? How the hell?)
It reminds me very much of all the stuff said about the worgen female when her alpha model was shown, saying that x was not good, and that she was too foxlike. And then we were stuck with what we have today.
I feel like this is another tauren female debacle in the making. I just hope Blizzard is smart enough to not listen too them too much anymore. I wouldn't want to see tauren females ruined, but I surely wouldn't sympathize with those people who nitpick when their model is ruined as a result of their overzealous analysis and nitpicking.

Fem worgen in short
@Femtaurens being dog-like - it's just because they have a split upper like, like cats and dogs do. It's a really minor detail, though. They look great!

She does look rather startled

and I must say if they removed that permanent snarl, she'd look much better. That one on the left is neat, and I kinda see where you're coming now.

Regarding the female Tauren having a dog-like nose, I think there are two factors contributing to that impression. First, most folks haven't spent tons of time around livestock and don't realize that cattle (and equines) do actually have an upper lip. While their noses do flow right into the upper lip, the whole front of their muzzle isn't their nose, which is rather apparent when you see one trying to get a carrot or other treat from you.
Second would be the coloration. The nose is black while the lip and sides of the muzzle aren't. That makes the nose stand out more in the model they've previewed. While her nose could go slightly lower, it's not *that* far off real life cattle. Probably the best real life comparison would be to look at the face of a Jersey cow. Their lighter muzzle hair and black noses give a good idea where their actual nose is.
Actually, I guess there's a third thing as well. I mentioned before that in at least one picture she looks like she has a split upper lip like a cat or dog would. It's not as apparent in the others, though.

I came across this edit on MMO-C, by TaruHanako.
I love the female tauren as is, but this really has opened my eyes to just how much potential they have. Would LOVE to see something like this done.

Not sure if intentional, or if Jeremy Feasel (@Muffinus) made an oopsie, but this just showed up. He meant to show off stag tameability, but also caught in the screenshot: a familiar face with some new paint.

That looks... amazing. I mean I'm happy with the female Tauren as she is now but that edit looks so good. The nose just looks so right, as do the ears. I wish whoever works with these models paid a little more attention to actual animal anatomy. I feel like Blizzard constantly try to go for as human-like look as possible with their more animalistic races and I wish they wouldn't. If I want to play an anthropomorphic cow then I'm going to want to play a damn anthropomorphic cow. If I want to play a 'human' race I'd pick, you know, humans. Or elves.

/like, both of them
Shame there's the blindfold there, doesn't let us see the face...

It's not a blindfold. It's a bugged hat. Because of how new it is, the helm/hat models probably don't sit well on the model, yet.
It's this hat:
It's also why he is bald.

The only thing that annoys me with the new female Tauren model are the eyes. They are too small and... humanish. Make them bigger, set them farer apart on the face, and change the eyelashes to look more like an actual cow's eyelashes. Otherwise I love the model. I had two female Tauren myself.
I just hope they give them more than four faces with the remake. I need an old lady cow face for my hunter.
