Serenith, this is...amazing. It's even better than what I had in mind, as I suspected it would be. I LOVE that it's dark, it's exactly what I was hoping for. Alburga's past is not a bed of roses, so this is very suitable.

I also included an avatar that you didn't request... but I rarely get guy characters so I was just using the opportunity to add some male faces to my "portfolio" of work. If you don't use it... it won't hurt my feelings, seeing as you didn't ask for one.





Originally the background was different, but I just couldn't stand it.

So yeah, here is the link and stuff to the second one. I refuse to keep the first one up, sorry. Lol... I'm too picky. (But I think it looks more my style anyways.)
--Actually, when I think about it, its no surprise I like this one better. Its softer, and therefore a weakness I have. In art school, my professor always said I created things with a soft touch, and that its okay if I want to "paint snowmen, throwing snowballs, in the winter" (her exact words ) .... but that I needed to learn how to show darkness too. Just figures that I still haven't changed, cause here I am trying to make it more rugged and give it that darkened outlined look in the background and I change my mind to the softer feel.

Just what you requested, except the text. I thought it sounded a bit cuter than Katelyne's Pride, but if you want that instead can change it. I chose Crystalsong Forest as your setting, and I think it turned out lovely. Also made you an avatar cause I still need the practice. Wasn't sure which kitty was your favorite so I chose the winterspring cub. ♥

Lol, it was just an option, and me experimenting.

I actually did use that same filter for the avatar, but I usually do some different effects for the avatar than I would normally do for a signature. I was just curious if it enhanced it in someway.
