And I've been farming the geodes in the Arena mostly. Although how anyone's managed to make that much money in just one day of the festival baffles me.

Arena is where I farm as well! It's really nice to see someplace other than Harpy's Roost.
Slightly undercutting stacks of geodes in the AH has done wonders for me so far, Snowy. RNG has been pretty good to me for building stacks quickly, and I had the motivation of the 800kt lair expansion to keep me clicking.

Scorched Forest is a good lower level choice for geode farming.

Yeah, I'm farming there, since I also need a wintermane archer. The droprate for geodes hasn't been kind to me, but it's better than nothing.
Edit: And
another wintermane spearman just dropped for me! WTF?! O_o;;

Tarn is fantastic. She gave me her gorgeous sand/blood/blood imp for free. I was even able to buy her a matching mate and previewed the babies. I'm so in love.

Christ Tarn I'm practically in tears. This was too kind and unnecessary of you as you and the mafia have already been so kind to me with all of your dragons.
I have no words to describe the infinite amount of kindness that you show people.
