They probably want it to be a reward earned, not just something given after a short, easy questline.
That's what the mount recolors should be for.
After going through Pathfinder 1, the whole Nightfallen thing, and pathfinder 2, doing the questline, I should earn the right to tame other beasts. Not a mindless AP grind -_-
Again, just me =)
If they want it to be a reward, they should just give it its own epic quest, make it feel rewarding.
